The entrees were good but the service was horrible. The waitress never introduced herself to our table. The waitress never brought out biscuits to our table. She never did drink refills. Our food was served to us by a young lady that had the pink eye. An alcohol beverage was ordered and was to be served with the entree. The entree was served but the beverage never made it to the table. We were never asked if we wanted dessert. We were immediately asked if we were ready for the check. We had to ask if we could order dessert and the biscuits that had never been brought out to our table. The Apple Crumble Skillet was hard as a rock. We did talk to the manager that was very sweet and professional. The manager did in fact apologize for the service and discounted our meal.

The experience was okay at first until they gave us our checks. I know they was going to charge us gratuity but it wasnt printed on the checks they went and wrote the tips on the checks for us. Then when we ask why wasnt it printed on the checks she said they didnt have a gratuity button on the computer. I know that was a lie because Ive been to plenty of ruby Tuesday with parties and the gratuity was never written but alway printed on the ticket just in case we wanted to add more as a tip. I will never go here again because they pretty much stole from the entire party tonight.

worst food I ever tasted in my life...they gave me old dry chicken for my grill chicken salad ...I called corporate office to let them know what kind of food they were serving at that location and they didnt even care...I recommend that no one go there..my husband order chicken strips and the chicken was dry and very salted..please dont waste your money, you deserve great service and food...

Salad bar was horrible..... Everything was empty..... My boyfriend and i are in our 30s and interracial relationship the heavy set white lady manger came by and spoke to every table but ours.... How unprofessional and looked us dead in our face as she walked by..... Server was very sweet and made sure we got what we needed that wasnt on the salad bar.... We will not be back to say the least

New Management has improved the place significantly in the last year. The new menu is fantastic, lots of great choices! Garden bar is absolutely the best in Mobile, Ive dined there frequently and always got friendly, quick service. Read some of these other recent posts and they make no sense at all. If I ever had a problem with my food they where always friendly and accommodating.

I used to love eating here, but the quality has diminished over time. There arent as many options in the salad bar as there used to be and there is a noticeable difference in the food now compared to what it used to be (in a not so good way, but definitely not terrible). Its a good place to eat, but it doesnt meet the standard it set for itself in the past.

Wonderful experience the Waiter was excellent Thank you Edward the food was excellent the Manager Tiffany was wonderful very friendly This was the first time I every ate at Ruby Tuesday and this one on airport road is the first and best I went to And I will be back every weekend to eat Thank you Edward and Tiffany!!! Keep up the wonderful work

A great place to go for a casual meal. The service is invariably good and friendly and the food selection is very fine. We enjoy the steaks, burgers and tasty sides. Went there twice this week and enjoyed our experience and will definitely return. This location is well run with a hard working and attentive wait staff.

Russell P. worried more about his braids than he did about serving his customers. Greeting staff friendly, but waiter very inattentive. When the customers are hungry paying customers, we are not interested in knowing of your falling over butting your head on the bar.

We were given a tired and welcome but our servers were very attentive and quick to get the alcohol to our table. The food was OK at best. We wouldnt come back again. They should definitely update management/foh staff ,the menu and tired atmosphere

Frequently use the "TUE-GO" service. Always prompt and pleasant. Even if I have to wait a few moments - I am always offered something to drink and checked on. The new menu is great and the salad bar is awesome with something for everyone.

Even though they slid my card for someone else order which made me get a overdraft fee, they did send me a coupon for $30 for their mistake. Food was good and so was the service. But I will be using cash there for now on.

I havent been to a Ruby Tuesday in over a year and decided to go about a week ago. It was delicious! I added the salad bar to my meal and was not let down. Our server was great. Will be back.
