Ive been meaning to review this restaurant for a while but I am just now getting around to it. I come here at least twice a week for lunch whether I dine in or take out. The atmosphere is always quiet when I enter the restaurant. Majority of the time when I come in there is always the same host, I believe her name is Laura. She is always welcoming me with a big smile and she sometimes helps me decide what to eat that day. Once I am sat at my table I am usually greeted fairly quickly, but most of the staff just seems like they want to take my order and go. By that I mean they dont try to engage or ask me how I am doing, which I understand that they dont have time to talk for hours, neither do I. Im just saying that that extra "how are you doing" will show within the tip. My food is correct most of the time, but back to what I was saying earlier its not usually busy when I come in , so I feel that my actual server should be able to bring me my food rather than standing around talking with employees. This is when Laura usually brings me my food and asks me if I liked what she recommended or if I need anything. All in all this is a good restaurant with great food, but staff attitude could be greatly improved.

As far as the food goes, the food was pretty good. However, the service SUCKED!!! When we walked in, the hostesses acted about clueless as to where to seat us. It took about five minutes just to get our drink order put in and the place wasnt even busy when we got there. About another three minutes went by and we finally got our drinks and all it was, was a sweet tea and an unsweet tea. We ordered our food (both of us had a burger and fries) as soon as the waiter came back with our drinks. Then we waited and waited and waited. There were people that walked in a good bit after us that got their food well before us. The food finally came and we ate. The waiter asked us if we wanted refills which we did and he didnt come back to refill our drinks until we were done eating. Then, I asked for the check. He came back with the check and I stuck my card in. It took the waiter about another five minutes just to come back with my card. With everything taken into account, the service was definitely enough to keep me from EVER going back. The hostesses didnt even say thanks for coming in or anything as we left. I would recommend clearing out the front of the house and hiring all new people.

wanted a burger but did not want to start my grill in the rain. Having read several reviews, I talked 2 friends into going to Mugshots with me. Our table ordered 2 burgers - Comeback and Seval (sp?) and a salad. The waitress did not ask us how we wanted the burgers cooked and we did not pay much attention to that at the time. The burger patties turned out to have an odd texture, on a lumpy side and both were cooked medium well. The patties had absolutely no flavor. If I closed my eyes and tried to eat it, I wouldnt have known what I was eating. It was other burger components that gave the burgers some flavor - the bacon was good and the bun itself and the seasoned butter on it were tasty. The Comeback sauce was mere ketchup and mayo mixed together and had very little in common with the original Comeback Sauce. Fries were alright. Our waitress was attentive and prompt. There were several items on the menu that looked interesting but after todays disappointment, we wont be back to try them. I would not recommend this restaurant.

I took my family there to eat tonight. We walked in and got a table right away! Waiter came in and took out drink order and got it pdq. Everything went ok as far as ordering... So I thought. Well I took the mug shot challenge and was told while ordering it I could take one topping off.... So I asked to get rid of the red onions for me. Well I got my food and started thinking they got my order right! Wound up with a mouth full of red onions! The waiter came back and asked if everything was ok. So I told him I had ordered it with no onions and got it anyway. All he had to say was "oh well, uhm that sucks!" Didnt even get an apology or anything! Then I heard my sister say that she had mushrooms in her Alfredo which she also asked not to have. The waiter then responded again with " They are good for you" and walked away huffing and puffing. Needless to say Im not going back. Smart remarks and being more concerned about his muscles on the job is rediculous

Sunday afternoon at about 4:00pm..... this evidently is change of shift so there are few waitresses on duty. The one we had was a delight who despite a remarkable overload of tables never lost her cool, remained pleasant and provided excellent service. However, the WiFI does not work (nor did anyone seem to care that it was not working) and they RAN OUT OF THE SOUP OF THE DAY (Only one soup available) by 4:00PM..huhhhhh????..... the food when available is good but do not expect to see a manager or have anyone to talk to if there is a problem. The waitresses are first class and spend half of their time covering for the shortcomings of the kitchen and the poor planning and managers in the restaurant. In short it is a roll of the dice when you eat here and the only saving grace seems to be excellent young waitresses trying to make a living in a substandard restauirant.

The wife had the GOBBLER they ran out of sweet potato fries so waiter told us about the other sids that she could have. Pick the side salad. The toasted sourdough bun was not toasted and tasted like it was wet and the bun tasted sweet? My Grilled Chicken Caesar was somethings that I would not come back for. Ask for the check and found out that we had to pay for the side salad? Ask the waiter about the charges and why we had to pay for it when they ran out of the sweet potatoes? He just said Cool, Cool, I ask again why and all that came out was Cool? Big tall guy that is trying to grow a beard (it looks bad). Was going to call over the manager but the wife dos not like to make a scene. Check this off my bucket list. Around the table could of been cleaned up. Every time that the side door opened-up the cigarets smock come in.

Saying Im disappointed is an understatement. Ive been a huge fan of the chain since college and have been wanting to go for 3 months now. Well, we ordered and still had no food over 1 hour later, while others who arrived after us had eaten, paid and left. (We were not a large party, only 6 of us!) I apologized to all with us because the Id picked the restaurant. Waitress was nice and apologized well over 7-8 times, every time she passed our table. On top of this entire experience, I sick with food poisoning all night! I wont be going back to this location (or probably any locations). Sadly as this used to be one of my favorite restaurants.
