My very first time ever going to Buffalo Wild Wings and I must say I am terribly disappointed. I have always heard so many good things about Buffalo Wild Wings. So I decided to take my two boys ages 9 and 14. The hostess was very nice and got us seated very quickly. Thats the only good thing I can say happened. The waitress took our order and never smiled she seemed bothered when I explained that it was my first time in the restaurant and wanted to hear about the most popular dishes. Once we ordered our drinks and food she became scarce. A different waitress brought us our food. My queso fries were barely warm. My sons both ordered ranch dressing and I ordered blue cheese. When I told our scarce waitress of the mistake she brought our one small cup of ranch to my 14 year old son who had approx. 15 Wings. I had to ask another waitress for more ranch. I had to ask a different waitress for napkins. And honestly I would understand if the place was packed or it was a game day or something. But the place wasnt even that busy. It was embarrassing that I had to keep asking other waitresses "Im sorry to bother you but can we have...." I think what made the whole thing worse was that not one time did she come by and refill our drinks. My 9 year old got a refill on his drink because he finished his drink before he got his meal, but it wasnt even our waitress that noticed he needed a drink. He got a refill from an entirely different waitress. Our waitress finally showed up to ask "are yall done? Do yall need to go boxes" and still never asked about refilling our empty cups or apologized for not checking on us. On the way out the manager didnt ask me how my meal was he told me do have a nice day and I started to say I will have a nice day because I will never step foot inside that restaurant again.

Hit and miss. My co-workers and I stopped going but gave it another shot after the new year. First couple of visits were very good. Good sauce coverage on the chicken and they werent hard little chewy nuggets anymore. Third visit, hardly any sauce on the wings. Had to ask for an additional cup to actually give them the flavor I ordered them with (seriously, not an exaggeration). Must have lost the new, good kitchen prep person. The wait staff is okay. The majority of the waitresses seem to have attitudes and roll their eyes a lot. There are some good ones, dont want to blame all of them. This location is most likely not representative of the chain as a whole. I think they could use a good purging and better management. Im betting they hire friends-of-a-friend for management and dont check to be sure they can actually manage a restaurant. I like the food, just wish they could do better with what they have. Its almost like they dont want to try. Also, Ive seen comments where they are telling people the reviews are fake. Im a real customer, and Im betting most of these reviews are from real customers, too.

I wish I could give my experience a negative star because of how horrible it was. My server seemed to not know what in the world she was doing. After four of the five people in my party were given the wrong thing we were then treated as if it was our fault. The server even went to the extent of asking if we were sure that wasnt what we ordered. In the end she said she was going to go get her boss to see what he could do but, we never saw him/her to fix the problem.Our server also made it a point to tell a girl in my party she shouldnt take her anger out on her just because she made a mistake even though we made it a point to still be as polite as we could be. Coming from someone who has worked in restaurants I can completely understand being busy and having a hard time but, that shouldnt be taken out on a paying customer.

We went in spite of the negative comments and were pleasantly surprised UNTIL we mentioned our perception that the negative comments were erroneous and that we were pleased with our service. Service effectively ended at that point. The manager openly chastised our server who informed him of our, until then, positive impression. Apparently she told him that we had seen the negative reviews but were, in fact, enjoying ourselves. Instead of speaking to us directly he sent another employee to assure us that the reviews were untrue. Apparently we touched on a sensitive issue as it became quickly apparent that we were no longer welcome. We were not disappointed with the service but wont go back after the behaviod by management.

Been here a few times. Usually alright. Tonight our waitress managed to go the whole meal only saying 5 words to us. No refills, never checked on us, forgot to bring my gfs drink, macaroni was terrible... We were asked to move tables to accommodate a large party behind us, which was fine, but they also promised a free appetizer. Never brought it. Didnt really care about moving, but if you are going to offer something follow through or just dont offer it.. Dissapointed. Currently waiting on the check for the last 30 minutes. Tempted to drop another star. Fun fact: apparently she is a manager.

I dont like the food, service or anything about this place! I have been to this location once and will never go back! About ten minutes after sitting down our server came to our table and denied serving us alcohol and threatened to call the police if we didnt leave. This guy obviously wants to be a cop in life instead of a waiter! I immediately found help and asked for another server and they had no problem! This guy was on a power trip from hell! BOOOO!!!

Our waitress forgot to put our order in. After waiting for an hour, with 2 toddlers, we tracked down a manager and asked. They got it out in the next 15 min. No refills while we eaited or ate. Waitress would hit every table around us but not stop in. Hard to eat hit food with no drinks. They did take 20% off our order. With the tab got pop refills, which were wrong. Never got the dessert we ordered, but werent charged. Will pick somewhere else next time

THIS is by far the worst place ever!!! I've been on several occasions and every time it was a horrible experience! I had hair in my food once, another a roach was crawling on the wall by my table, service is horrible, and managers are all drunks. I even seen the little pregnant manager sitting at the bar drinking and smoking. Way to promote business you guys. Would of gave it -19 stars if it gave me the option....

For anyone that knows me, this is easily my second home! I love Bdubs, and everything about it. All locations have been great, but the one in Mobile is hands down one of the best. All servers are fantastic, and the service is great. Always a good time. We often stay for extended periods of time for business purposes, among others, and have always had a great experience.

I have eaten at numerous Buffalo Wild Wings my past experiences have been hit and miss, however the one in Mobile, AL is the greatest so far. It was late, almost midnight and and everyone from the hostess to our awesome server Betty to the management was still on their A game. Our food came out fast, hot and perfect. Betty anticipated our every need. This is a great BWW!!
