This new location in Bothell is nice and big but the menu and the food quality was exactly the same as the older locations. Fast and friendly, I visited one morning a few weeks ago for a nice sit down breakfast. I had the eggs benedict because this particular chain does not serve my usual go to of chicken fried steak and eggs. Not sure why but either way, the eggs benny was good. The new location is huge but it wasnt crowded when I visited but whats with seating people so close together when there is lots of room everywhere? I started out sitting alone where it was quiet but shortly after, two loud women having an ongoing conversation were sat right behind me when there were many other tables available in the dining room. Maybe they wanted me to hurry up and get out? I frequently visit the Ballard location with my parents for breakfast and the Bothell location is just another place where I can grab a good breakfast when Im out and about. Im glad that the standards are kept high. The staff was friendly and the food was good. Ill be back. Thanks for reading.

My husband and I were visiting Seattle and by "luck" ran into the original pancake house. The food was delicious, the service was great!!!! My husband had an omlette with corn beef which was awesome and plenty of food. I wanted my "oatmeal" although it was later in the morning when we got there, they were completely out of oatmeal and our sweet waitress made it a point to talk to the kitchen to get some more out! I guess theres not much one can say about oatmeal, but the thought and accomadation was sweet! The gal next to us had a delicious looking pancake, it was the apple pie pancake if I can remember correctly. ~~~~ Totally worth having breakfast at if your in the Ballard area of Washington~~~ THANKS TO ALL THE STAFF AND CHEFS AT THE ORIGINAL PANCAKE HOUSE ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~YUMMERS!!!!!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice... this place is terrible. We live just a few blocks from there so even though we vowed never to return we did this morning. NEVER AGAIN!!! The hashbrowns are aweful, just bland and soggy. I ordered the Corned beef hash, it was actually pretty tasty but still not what I expected it to be. The waitress...oh man, my daughter ordered pancakes and she forgot the syrup, when I asked for syrup she looked at me like I was crazy and said...I didnt bring you syrup because the pancake has whipped cream on it. OK. Wifey ordered eggs benedict and was unsatisfied...the sauce tasted like sour milk. Hated it

Made an order on Amazon Prime Restaurants. Guy showed up 40 minutes later, said he had the wrong thing and had to cancel it and I would have to re-order. Had to call Amazon to get promotional credit re-applied. Ordered again. Guy showed up 50 minutes later with the wrong order again! Didnt stick around, just left. Had to call the restaurant back to get it refunded again. So in the space of 2 hours there were at least 4 completely wrong orders delivered (me twice and the people that got my orders)

My husband and I went for a hangover breakfast and were told it would be about 10 minutes. We waited and in about 7 minutes were told the table was ready. We were lead to a big table and told we could sit right next to another group. I dont even like to sit that close to my friends, thats how close the tables were. We opted to sit at the bar rather than make new friends. The food is MEH, and priced too high for pancakes. Nothing to write home about, and the atmosphere stinks.

I was a little skeptical at first but they won me over. Its your usual American breakfast diner but they do everything so perfectly well! There was a little bit of a wait when we first arrived (it was Sunday morning after all) but it was totally worthy it. Loved the corned beef hash. Cant wait to try their (gargantuan) omelettes sometime.

Solid and dependable but not cheap. The specialties are all pretty good, the apple pancake and omelettes are huge and will destroy you for the day if you eat more than half. The other pancake styles are all tasty but I feel like theyre a little too expensive for what you get. A favorite place for my kids to choose.

This is a fantastic place for breakfast in Seattle. If youd like to try something ever so slightly healthier than the traditional fare here, I would get the egg whites and have it with toast and pancakes. For $50 you can change your regular pancakes to magical chocolate-chip pancakes which you absolutely should

This place has fantastic pancakes and waffles and generally good food. Our waiter was excellent, but the other aspects of the service were not so great. At turns surly, non-english speak and forgetful. Luckily we mostly only had to deal with our most excellent waiter.

This place doesnt disappoint. Such a variety of breakfast choices and if youre someone like me that has a hard time making decisions, there are tons of combo plates to satisfy your every craving. Which is like everything cuz it all looks so good

Come here every week, never disappointed. Great service, speedy seating (never had to wait). Clean environment, fantastic food, generous portions, cant ask for more. Cant think of one negative aspect of our experience. Highly recommend.

I used to live in Jacksonville FL, where we had a pancake house that sadly closed. It was so nice to go to one again! The food was great and the service was fast and friendly. Im really mystified as to why this place isnt rated higher.

If you want your omlete faster, order a scramble. Your welcome. I taught them about scrambles years ago. Best Damn huge pile of breakfast in the north end! And the potatoes are very good. Missed the pepper mill last time though...

Ive tried it a couple of times because I thought maybe the first time was a fluke but it wasnt. The corned beef hash is just ok. The prices are high. The wait sucked. The service was good. Take it for what it is....

The breakfast here is good. Ive been meaning to try the Dutch Baby but usually settle for a savory dish. The downside here is the crowd and the wait. The hostess is pretty good at getting the people seated quickly.

Great place to bring a little one. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Meals are served quickly. Portions are large. I share a full sized meal with my 2 year old. Blueberry pancakes are full of blueberries.

Pretty great pancakes. No idea if it was actually the first, but its an adorable place, but usually a long wait that isnt forgiving if your whole party isnt there when youre called.
