I have never been to a restaurant so loving and caring of their customers! My son (hes 3) was not having a very good day, he had an accident in the bathroom and since I couldnt leave my son naked by himself, I asked a server to get my husband.. Not only did they help give me a bag to put his dirty clothes, but check on us to see if we were okay. Then our server (Donna) accidentally forgot to put our sons food in and apologized (which I loved instead of making excuses) and brought out fruit for him to munch on. Then at the end of our meal, as I was putting my food (that I didnt get to finish or eat half of) in my togo box and I hit it.. making it all tumble to the floor. We picked it up and the manager came out to tell us how sorry he was for our expierence and he said he had comped our whole meal because of my sons food being late and our server took the blame for my food falling. At this point Im on the verge of tears because we hadnt had a good day and they made it so much better. Of course, we ordered dessert so we could tip her what she deserved. As we were packing up to leave, our lovely server came out with a whole new hot meal (what I had spilled) in a togo box so I could have for lunch the next day.. The whole experience was a heart puller for me and I am so thankful for that awesome server. So if you go to the Woodlands store, ASK FOR DONNA B!

Steak was cooked as ordered and tasted quite good, but..... We waited a long time for them to seat us at our table(s) after they said it was ready. They accommodated our group of 8 by joining round and square tables, making conversation awkward between tables for where I was seated at the round table. My supposedly loaded baked potato barely had anything on it; I had to add butter from the bread tray. No one ever came around to refill my water; had to ask for a refill well after I had finished my meal. My $4 off coupon was not honored with no explanation; by the time I realized it server was occupied at another table and my group was leaving, so I let it go. An 18% tip was added to the check in much smaller print than the check amount and total. Glancing at the check I assumed that amount was the tax and calculated a 15% tip (best I was going to do under circumstances) on what I thought was the pre-tax amount but which was in fact the total including tax, so the server basically received a 33%+ tip for below average service. My wife and I wont be going back...unless the response from Longhorn that I posted to the customer service is to give us coupons for both of us to receive free meals.

Excited about longhorn steakhouse. 20 minute wait...not bad. Sat at the bar. 7-8 filthy tables. Bar disgusting. Michael, the bartender, never greeted us. Instead he continued counting money at the bar. Shortly after we sat down at the bar two small children sat at the bar in front of two empty martini glasses. When the manger approached I asked if we could get a rag to clean the bar that had hair sitting on it. He handed me a rag and I cleaned it off myself. We eventually asked for service and he told us that he would be with us in a minute. He continued to count money for another 5 minutes. When he gave us a menu with ordered and he took our order in his head and began helping other patrons at the bar. The two children that were sitting at the bar eventually requested his help with a to go order and were instructed to "hold on." We eventually left with no drinks. Well never go back.

What an excellent experience! My husband and I ate here while on the flooding was happening, so that may be why the restaurant wasnt as filled which helped us with receiving fast service. We were greeted and seating quickly. Our waitress was very sweet and friendly. Our meals topped of the experience. I ordered the 8oz flat iron steak and loaded potato with White peach tea. I was at first dissapointed by the small size of my steak but I could barely finish it. Very flavorful steak and super tender. My husband ordered the Cowboy Pork Chops and cheesey spinach. OMG, amazing. He was nice enough to let me have a bite and they were extremely flavorful, moist, and tender. The spinach was just as tasty. Couldnt save room for dessert but Im sure it wouldve been great.

The person seating us was pleasant not so good with English. Waitress brought us bread but we had no setup. So when the hostess came by I ask for setup but she came back with paper towels and began wiping under our drink and lemon seed I placed in bread plate. Finally we made her understand. Napkin, knife & fork. She was very nice smiling and was trying her best. Buns for burger wasnt fresh. Cook staked burger fixing incorrect lettuce was not the right part of that kind of lettuce, but I think iceberg lettuce should go on a burger so made the bun slide off. Meat was supposed to be med rare, was overcooked & dry. Service was spotted but she was very nice. I dont know but think she was over whelmed. But trying very hard to do a good job.

Great service! Billy (Manager) and Elizabeth (Bartender) are always very kind, professional, and truly care about the service they give. In particular, Elizabeth shows impressive professional demeanor and dedication to her customer’s every request. Yet there are others that work there or have worked there in the past that also have a similar work ethic. Food is delicious and they take great pains to prepare the food exactly as you ordered it. If they do make a rare mistake, they give sincere apologies and right the wrong as quickly as possible. In short, they seem to hire very good employees! As long as they have employees like that I will always go back for as long as Im living in this area!

Eating here exceeded all of my expectations! I come here often but this last visit was the best! Upon going into the restaurant I was greeted by the general manager who seated us. As we sat down he informed us that our server would be James who was one of his best servers! When James came over he was so kind and attentive to my sister and Is needs! We never had to ask for any refills or anything! He was always around but not overbearing. The food was also amazing! My steak was cooked perfectly (medium) my okra was crisp and not burnt or soggy! Also, the bread was super fresh! Will be coming back!!

This was my first and last visit to LongHorn Steakhouse for quite a while. Both my wifes and my dinners had to be sent back. My wifes chicken fried chicken was burnt and came with gravy after she asked for no gravy. My medium rare fillet came out medium well. Even after they cooked the steak to medium rare, the outside was still very tough. They told us the manager would be by the see us, but he never came. We did not even see him in the restaurant. Several tables around us had similar issues. Bottom line, if you want a good steak, stick with Texas Roadhouse or Saltgrass Steak House.
