Been sitting at the drive thru window for 10 minutes now... Customer service here is aweful. Brittney who took my order and rang me up never said thank you, please, or sorry. When I ordered I ordered a shake all she said was "ice cream machine down". When I arrived at the window she said "8.50" took my card and shut the window. Handed me my drink and receipt without a word. Also her finger nails are long and fake which is a big no no when you work in the food industry. Update: Got my food. Asked for sauce which I gladly would have paid for, instead Brittney shouted out the sauces I wanted and said "I dont feel like charging you". Not because my wait was long and customer service was aweful but because she simply didnt want to ring it up.

I dont know what happened today, but everything went wrong. Maybe they have new staff? I waited in the drove thru line for 15-20 minutes which sadly is a normal occurrence, and I would have been fine if that was the only problem. The burger I ordered was cold. The chicken I ordered was ove cooked and cold. The "gravy" was milky water that was completely inedible. My entire meal is going in the trash tonight, I guess I can have dinner tomorrow night. I would go back up there for my money back or to have everything remade, but I have other priorities and do not have the time, hence the plan for fast food for dinner.

I think you should teach a class to your employees on the difference between mustard and mayo. Also, please add a lesson about what to do when a customer asks for cheese. I believe this may have been misconstrued during their training, considering that every time Ive gone there and asked for cheese and mustard, they gave me no cheese and a wad of mayo. Im a little confused; if you could please elaborate the specific lingo I should use when requesting my order preference, that would be extremely helpful.

Spent 35 minutes in the drive thru. The parking lot is so small I couldnt get out of line. Worse service ever. Then when I get to the window the employee is talking while my order is sitting there. Opened it up and the hamburger was cold along with cold French fries I was on my way to an appointment or I would have turned around and gone inside. Absolutely the worse service / product from any What A Burger Ive been at. Maybe management needs to look at what is being done.

When we arrived, there were about 5 tables sitting waiting for their food. No one was in a hurry to take our order, the kitchen was filthy, we watched as they forgot peoples orders, got their orders wrong, and did not apologize for the wait time. Workers were grabbing food without gloves. We got lucky and waited 15 minutes but others were there waiting before and after us. Maybe it was a bad day but I would go somewhere else.

20 minutes in line. Cold fries. Cold burger. Requested new fries. Was given cold fries AGAIN. Requested then for them to just remake all of it since it was all stone cold. Waited 10 more minutes. No food. Walked in to pick up food only to hear employees complaining and mimicking me for expecting actual WARM FOOD. UNBELIEVABLE. Bad food. Bad service. Bad customer service. Three Strikes!

Bad customer service The lady at the register was sassy, I ask for a meal and I got just the burger, I was mad and told my friend what had happened. After I was cooled down I looked over and the managers where pointing and snickering, when they noticed that I looked over they stopped. Whataburger is a Texas thing and this store does not live up to the good Texas way and that is sad.

We went to this Whataburger the other day and we got two combo meals. Our total was $12.00 even. I asked the cashier if tax was included in their prices, because I noticed that the meal my husband and I ordered said $6.00 on the sign. She told me that there was no sales tax. Maybe this one is right out side the city line or something. But yay for no sales tax!

Everytime I come here its like a 30 MI utensils wait. Staff cant handle the volume of customers. My most recent visit I went inside because the drive through line was not even moving after sitting there for 10 minutes. Was greeted by a rude cashier. Coming from somebody who loves whataburger, this is by far the worst whataburger Ive ever been to.

I love whataburger, but this place was awful. The service was slow, my fries were cold, my milkshake was waaaaaay overly strawberry, and dont get me started on sanitation. There was food everywhere, all over the counter and the floor, and I watched them slide a burger across the counter without a wrapper or anything. I will NOT be going back.

Messed up order 3 times. Food was cold. This location left a bad taste in my mouth. And Im pretty sure you should wash your hands after handling money. No one cooking was wearing gloves. And the cashier told me the total was thirteen something but my bank statement said 16.20 was charged.

Worthless idiots. Youd think they could get an order correct when you are the ONLY damn car on the road. Nope... they didnt get anything correct but a large fry. Dont waste your time here unless youre desperate. They are the reason Whataburger isnt king like it should be.

Extremely slow we waited and waited and waited we were at the speaker 10 minutes before someone took our order after the order was taken we waited another 20 minutes for our food which never came as we gave up and drove off it appears they were severely understaffed

Save your money, and go to joe Willys.Theres a multitude of reasons as to why this place is receiving a lot of bad reviews over the past few months. It is obvious the owners dont give a damn what the customers think. Guaranteed to get cold stale fries every time.

Last few times I have come in Seth was the cashier and is very nice and always says welcome to Whataburger, knows the menu, and says have a great day at the end. Everyone seems to be in a good mood aswell. Food comes out pretty quick, overall service is good!

OH DEAR LORD there is nothing fast about this place its 10:10 pm and Ive been in the drive thru for 20 min with four cars in front of me, on top of that the location is so bad you cant even get out of line to leave . Worst experience ever. Will not be back.

this location has gone way down hill, terribly slow, i stopped coming in the mornings because i cant wait 25 minutes in the drivethru line with only 5 cars in it, evening isnt much better. the other day they asked me what i ordered 3 times! crazyness

The cashier didnt listen to what I ordered and got it wrong. (And I only ordered burger and a drink.) Maybe because the other cashier wouldnt stop talking to her. But the burger was great and I dont go to fast food for the service.
