At 5:47pm today I went to this eatery for a simple catfish dinner thru the drive thru. Mind you the heat index is at 105, just a mental note there. The order taker said it would be a "7" minute wait on catfish and I said thats is fine. I didnt make it to the window because of the line until around 5:55pm and paid. I waited another five minutes and it was 6pm. I got to the window to get my food and the young lady quoted me an entire different order. I said no, I had a catfish dinner with a tea. She said "Okay pull up". I continued to wait and 6:15pm came around, no food. Waited a few more minutes only to realize Ive been there thirty minutes and no order. I park, and go to the door and ALL the doors are locked, and the cashier sent a CUSTOMER to the door to tell me and another customer who had also been waiting that they were closed! Outraged because I paid for food and didnt have it, I told the customer either get the manager to get me my money or I am calling the police. After more chaos inside I finally get in only to see a bunch of students behind the counter confused, yelling at each other, and just absolutely LOST! Then the manager came back and said "the oven just went out." When I asked for a refund she was so busy yelling at the young people to get them back to work that she could not focus. This is unacceptable because its not that the stove went out, things happen so that is not why this is unacceptable. It is unacceptable because all they had to do is communicate that to the customer instead of locking the doors during working hours and shutting down all communication. They ALL need to be terminated! And there are absolutely TOO many young people working at this place with no supervision!

Worst experience ever just left from there the cook was giving chicken away to other people and told us we would have to wait he was hooking people i guess his friends manager even told him thats thirty dollars that we got back from them he told us we had to wait 5 min the first time then gave out chicken away to his friends and came back and told us we had to wait another 10 min then said he would give us extra chicken since he gave ours away the fat bald guy with the apron the manager even knew he gave our chicken away and told him he shouldnt of done that she then tried to give us extra chicken because of it she knew he was hooking up his friends i would never in my life go there again or let anyone that i know go there i got my money back and left unbelievable how this place is ran i wouldve gave 0 stars if i couldve

I been waiting on my food for 35 minutes, than i told them never mind can i just get a refund. They said i had to have my receipt i said i mustve drop it, i dont have it. So they said i cant get a refund...so i said fine can i just get my son and my food...these young 8.00$ a hour making hoes refused to even do that. So i caleld the police and they gave the police a coperate number thats invalid. I was like damn bruh its just 10.47$ damn! Bad ass customer service So i didnt get my money or food!

It wasnt the best, but they have improved on customer service. The food was warm, however. Ice cream was really good for some reason. I believe all the establishments have the same soft serve, but at this location it was really good, so I got two cones instead of my usual one. Fredrick was extremely eager to make sure I got what I needed and even threw in an extra tender for the survey. I will be back, and hopefully I can change my rating to 5.

Tried to get an in store order, but was signal no when I approached the door. By experience going in and out is faster than waiting in drive thru. Says you guys close 3AM and I got here at 9:38.pm not to mention other customers waiting inside so that pretty much tells me Im being played. Driv thru people doing their jobs as well as cooks. Still couldnt tell you why the people in front turned me away. Cant wait for the location on wheatland.

Aside from the friendly cashier, everything was disappointing. There was a really bad smell when you first walked in. I got overcharged even with the price posted on the menu. I got number 394. I was waiting for 10 mins before they even called out the first number and it was like 377. All I got was a dozen rolls. Not even chicken. 25 min wait. Even another customer tried assisting me with getting my order and nothing. Never going back

This location seems to always live up to one expectation. To always supply sub par service. They nickel and dime for things like extra ranch and are rude about modifications. They also tend to consistently mess up orders. As well as have what seem like long drive thru, at least by industry standards. So if your willing to pay for the chicken and put up with the service the chicken is pretty good for fast food.

The customer service was okay is why i gave 2 stars but this place is TERRIBLE. I waited in drive thru for 34 minutes friday night. They gave me the whole order wrong, which was cold, & i didnt realize until i got home. My drink was hot bcuz they had NO ice. So i had 2 go all the way back & wait in drive thru another 15 minutes. Smh. Oh & it smells like a damn sewage #Disgusted

I visited this location on kiest in Dallas yesterday Upon entering the resteraunt i could smell a stench in the air. I went ahead an ordered. Over looking the cash register you could see employees working. The area was filthy. The floor was covered in blood and dirt. I could not eat my order. I dumped it in the thrash and left to never to return.

Wish I could rate it less than one start. Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes. Their speaker malfunctioned and they could not take my order. When I pulled around to get my food they refused to serve me because they could not hear me through their broken speaker. Worst service ever! Do not waste your time. Dawn was the manager on duty.

July 30,2016 i went to golden chick around 11pm my order was all wrong they need to stop having kids working in fast food they are lazy they need to let people wk that have bills they also need new Managers i witness the managers playing around with the kids and not wking and on there phones this store needs alot of wk SMH?

Every order within the 25 minute wait for fresh chicken that was under cooked, missing items and obsured comments with in the management and employees. Came back twice to fix my order, yet still missed other items . I finally gave up. Horrible service and BUGS!! CHECK OUT THE PICTURE!! Gross... got my money back and RAN.

The food is great! However the customer service here is very bad. They are confused working in the kitchen there is miscommunication you may wait 30 to 40 minutes on your phone and when it arrives it may not be what you order! There is no diversity here at this location and it is poorly managed!!!
