The service from the moment you walk in is top notch. Pleasant, polite, and welcoming. We were seated promptly with our reservation in an intimate but still private area surrounded by the wine collection. The waitress was a congenial, very nice lady who knew the menu and specials well and answered questions promptly. The menu is varied but still small which I think is a plus. I ordered the Bolognese Penne and my date had the special for the night, which was a linguini with marinara sauce which also included tuna. The bread that came out was freshly made and had an amazing hummus. The food, freshly made, came out quickly and was delicious. The portion sizes are perfect for the quality of the food. The ice sculpture dessert was a pleasant surprise to see on the menu. The gelato and fruits were all fresh and flavorful. Definitely a restaurant worth visiting.

Trattoria Divina is our go to Italian restaurant on Hilton Head. That food quality and selections are always excellent and special attention is always given to the diner.....a welcome prosecco on arrival, a cleansing small bite appetizer, replenishing ice water and bread basket. After such glowing remarks I am so very disappointed to give a rating of one star. At an adjacent table a party was seated with a dog in a pocketbook.. He remain quiet and still, and even though I did not approve of this practice, I remained quiet......that was until the dog lifted its head and began drinking out of a small bowl on the tabletop. With the availability of a lovely outdoor dining patio and perfect weather, I really feel that is where this dog and its dining companions should have been seated.

Trattoria Divina is one of our very special restaurants that we are proud to feature on the Television Hit Series, "The Restaurant Show". Their food is outstanding and they truly have a culinary artist at work at Trattoria Divina in Chef Hugo Lee. Not only does he always deliver to our audiences beautiful dishes with incredible delicious food but he has a great on air personality and is truly a natural at his craft and is most entertaining while he performs his duties as Chef of Trattoria Divina. We are very glad to have them as part of "The Restaurant Show" and would highly recommend to viewers and readers to go and experience the food and the staff at Trattoria Divina.

My husband and I along with two friends ate dinner there last night and it was fabulous. The food was excellent and the service was wonderful. The Lobster Pot Pie that our friends ate is a definite entree to be shared. The waitress told us it was the biggest thing on the menu but they each ordered it anyway. She was right. The Lobster with the corn ravioli was delicious, the lobster ravioli was great and just the right size. We ordered 2 after dinner drinks which we did not care for. The manager happened to hear us comment and comped us 2 chocolate martinis without our saying anything to her. Yummy. What a wonderful experience. You must try it!

I worked at an authentic pasta restaurant for 2 years a few years back; I know good, authentic Italian pasta. Trattoria Divina has that and more. Its a bit fancy, which was nice, as we were having a girls night out. I had the Ravioli di Aragosta (Lobster ravioli) and it was absolutely outstanding. The tiramisu - made in house - is a MUST. I have never had tiramisu like it. Such phenomenal food. The service left just a little to be desired, but the food was so outstanding that it honestly didnt faze me too much. This is a must if youre in Hilton Head and want a nice evening out.

This restaurant is my husband and my favorite on the island and we have been there many times for both meals and wine tastings. When I say "favorite," I dont say that lightly. We are real foodies and appreciate quality ingredients, home made items and presentation. This place does all three with excellence....specialty bread from an old Italian recipe, home made pasta to die for, and the freshest of everything else. The wait staff and owners are absolutely lovely. It is a little hard to locate the first time, but I promise you will never forget its location after that!

A cozy and lovely italian restaurant. Service and food were great. We were given glasses of prosecco and an amouze bouche on the house. My husband and I split the caprese salad appetizer. It could have used a little more balsamic, but youd be hard pressed to give us too much. :) entrees and drink selection were very good. My only SMALL hang up: they must have left my entree under the broiler for a minute too long: it was a little dry and tough on the very top. Oh, and they make their pasta in house: DELISH!

If you and your family want Italian while on the island, you MUST try Trattoria Divina. The innovative menu and creative incorporation of seafood in pasta dishes really stood out even before we got there, and wow did it deliver. The service was absolutely wonderful, as was the complimentary prosecco and amuse bouche. The menu was perfectly executed with fresh pastas, and the locally made artisan bread was icing on the cake. So glad we found this gem! We even ordered takeout the next night to try something else!

We come here every year for the incredible lobster pot pie. Service is incredible and food is prepared and served with perfection. I have seen other dishes that appear to be of the same high quality but cant seem to get past the lobster. This trip we did experience the mussels and the lobster bisque. These too were beyond my expectations. Atmosphere is quiet which allows for table conversation. The Trattoria Divina is a gem.

A must eat. Comp Proseco to start things off, tgen a sweet and tangy amuse bouche. Asked for a cheese plate off menu, treated to two delicious blue cheeses (one soft like a Brie, awesome!), chèvre fried, handmade mozzarella, and feta. Wife had ravioli with Swiss chard and a tangy beurre blanc; I had the carbonara with prosciutto and a crab cake on top. Fantastic. Roasted sliced garlic throughout both entrees. All fantastic."

Impeccable service. The food was phenomenal. Thank you all for the reviews helped me choose our vacation dinner which everyone was more then impressed with. I sat with a table of 6 on 3/31/16 they apologized profusely for "slow food" which I felt was entirely unnecessary. Everything was great. The amuse Bouche of fig and gorfonzola was beyond what I could have hoped. Would give 6 stars if I could.

A hidden gem in the Harris Teeter Shopping center. This fresh Italian restaurant serves up store made fresh pasta along with other Italian favorites. The ambience is a little old World Italian but the food is always on point. Open Table reservations make it easy to get in even during the busiest of times. Great sell of craft beers as well as a superb wine selection.

Formal Italian dining. The menu includes standard Italian fare & some different ones. We went here because it was vegetarian & vegan friendly, with eggless pasta options. The portions were large. We had the eggplant parmagiana, & the vegetarian pomodori. Service was good. The price is high.

Our new favorite on the island!! We enjoyed a fabulous experience all around. The food and wine list is wonderful, the service was great, the atmosphere is relaxing and sophisticated. Our family dined for a long evening of food and laughter and wonderful wine!! Cant wait to return!!!
