So, decided to eat here tonight, since none of my family, including myself, has ever eaten at a Red Robin before. We all got the Burger deal for $6.99, not bad at all. The burgers were yummy although the fries couldve been better, I love the whole bottomless idea. My sister ordered a shake, but didnt get it until we called our server. Unfortunately, although she brought most of our stuff pretty quickly and the restaurant was busy, we had to press the call server button a couple different times and each time took a long time before she actually came over. I get it, we werent the only people there, but that doesnt fix the problem. Anyway, the picture Im sharing is the shake, the one my sister paid $3.99 for. Thats not even worth it, thats a shameful representation of ice cream, not even a full cup. I doubt Ill be returning, oh well.

This was a 5 star review 2 years ago but this place has definitely changed. The service seems forced the last couple times and the management seems to be out to save every penny by scrimping on everything and cutting portions. You have to ask for a refill on drinks or fries and even at that the sodas are really watered down and the baskets are never full of fries anymore. Burgers arent bad but most arent even fresh and to pay $12 for a frozen burger is unreasonable. Sorry Red Robin but you lost our business. By the way why do you need cameras and microphones in the tabletop touchpads? Creepy . . .

Food is extremely good, my burgers are always cooked exactly how I like it. They will customize your burger any way you want it! They even have bottomless french fries with cheese and garlic! (which are pretty amazing, at a small charge) Also dont forget to order your french fries to come out before your burger, they do that free of charge! I always get the bottomless root beer float, which is also very good. I highly recommend this place! The food, decor are extremely good, the service though is sometimes hit or miss, but over-all good!

Our waiter Tony, was excellent,(nicer hair than the managers) even if he forgot us once at the last, food was good. The fries were done is soy oil: not good! Next morning my son threw up and he said it smelled like his sandwich. Wake up Red Robin and get up with times. Soy is one of the most woe-begotten oils you could fry something in! Do your research. For the price we paid it could been done in organic lard (a much better choice.) Keep customers healthy and avoid Genetically modified organisms and glyphosates which soy oil is loaded with.

I have visited this place 2 times the same thing that happened to me the first time also happened the second time. I went there for lunch and the host expressed that it was shift change and that if we wanted a booth that it would be 15 minutes I could beleive this as there were only 5 tables being used in the restraunt! It is not the customers fault that it is shift change, really at 3! I mean really I am standing there with a baby and simply want to sit not wait for 15 minutes unreal! Will not be going back!

My girlfriend and I go here almost every week and we like it a lot. Good food, reasonable prices, and quick service. Only complaint I have is a lot of the workers are on their phone or standing around talking. There was a group of four(I think mostly bussers) were standing near our table in a circle talking the majority of the time we were there. Clearly whoever is writing them their paychecks wasnt there or theyd all get smacked on the back of the head.

Stopped in here on a Saturday evening with my husband and son. We waited over an hour to be seated. And its so crowded in there its like walking thru a tight maze to get to the bathroom. It was so loud. My husband sitting right across from me had to speak loudly so I could hear him. And I had to lean into my son to hear him. I love red Robin... But I wouldnt use this location again unless it was a last resort.

Jalapeño burger was awesome and the fries were as good as they get. Service was friendly ,fast, and attentive. However the fish and chips were pretty awful. Overcooked and rubbery and not batter dipped like the picture on the menu. My girl toughed it out and choked them down but would not send them back. The screaming red zombies were delicious as was the fudge stick desert.

Worst dinning experience at a Red Robin!!!!!staff train to ignor customers an careless about service. Waiter untrained girl bussing tables blocking customers at the check in talking to staff. Clue its not bottomless frys if you never see your waiter after you order your food. Saturday after thanksgiving an your under staffed to point half your tables are empty.

There was an issue with every meal delivered to our table. Soup that was supposed to come before the meal came after; each of the burgers was prepared incorrectly, the worst being so rare that it was basically raw, possibly still breathing. Coffee tasted like dirty dishwater. A servers hair adorned each of our plates as she carried the tray from the kitchen.

I called red robin to order some food to go. My first call someone hung up the phone after it rang for a minute. I tried a second time thinking it was a mistake. I got through to the hostess stand but when I was transferred to the to go area I was on hold for 3 minutes. I hung up after that. I went to Panera and got Mac and cheese, it was delicious

Some of the prices were outrageous. 9 dollar chips and salsa. Very disappointing. Food was ok. My chicken was not great at all. The waitress asked me what salad dressing I wanted but brought whatever she wanted anyway. I was too hungry to care. Lots of other choices around that are much better. I would not go back on my own.

The food is really good, they have a great kids menu and they are very accommodating. We have been many times and the quality of service varies a lot. Service is generally on the slow side and drinks service is particularly slow. They do not do call ahead or reservations so it is not recommended for a weekend or holiday.

The burger was frozen I upgraded to what I thought was a better burger for 899 instead of 699 it was average-at-best enjoyed Burger King Burger more my server Birdo was great very attentive however doesnt make up for the lack of quality with the burger if you enjoy Frozen Burger frozen fries this might be a place for you

This is the go-to restaurant for lunch with my 20 year old son. He always enjoy a plain burger with bottomless fries, while I typically go for a salad. When my daughter joins us she gets some sort of loaded burger that includes jalepenos. I particularly like the self-pay POS system (keeps the credit card at the table).

I really like Red Robin for a good burger. The service is quick and friendly. My burger is always cooked just right and you cant go wrong with bottomless steakfries. There always seems to be something new to try so it never gets boring. Be sure to ask for some campfire sauce to dip your fries in, its the BEST!
