I had ordered from them once or twice before. The food is mediocre but not many places are opened in the wee hours of the night. But this time I never had the food on the account that I order at 1:15 am and waited. And waited. And waited. 2:08 I called the restaurant directly and was told that the driver was conveniently just leaving and would arrive in 20 minutes. Next the driver called me 15 minutes into that wait and confirmed that he would be at my address in 20 minutes. 20 more minutes. Not even 5 minutes later the driver calls me back and says that he just received a call from his boss that he needed to return to the store and didnt know how it would take to get my already paid for food to me. After expressing my grief about the situation to the driver he began bad mouthing the company he worked for by saying that he hated it too and that they always did this. Something didnt feel right so I called the store again. They didnt have any idea of what was going on so they told me that they would call me back. They called back 15 more minutes later and asked if I still wanted the food. I told them if I could get it in 10 minutes at the most I did. The lady on the phone I presumed asked the driver and she told me it would at least be 20 minutes. I griped about their inability to be reliable and demanded a refund. It was so frustrating. A total of approximately over 100 minutes wasted! Imagine my frustrations. I will never and I mean never order from them again.

************* DONT ORDER FROM HERE AT ALL *************** ORDERED FOOD AT 11:58PM 07/19/2016. FOOD ARRIVED AT 2:02PM 07/19/2016. THAT IS A 2 HOUR AND 4 MINUTE DELIVERY TIME. ACCORDING TO OTHER REVIEWS THIS IS NOT UNCOMMON FOR THIS BUSINESS. THE ORDER WAS MADE FOR ABOUT 6 PEOPLE AND THEY WERE THE LUNCH SPECIALS. THEY WERE LOCATED 11 MINUTES AWAY. WE CALLED 3 TIMES - FIRST TO CANCEL AFTER WAITING 1 HOUR FOR FOOD IN WHICH THEY SAID FOOD IS ON THE WAY AND WILL ARRIVE IN 20 MIN. 30 MIN LATER - SECOND CALL TO CANCEL THEY SAID FOOD IS PULLING UP NOW. 30 MIN LATER - THIRD CALL THEY SAID THE FOOD IS PULLING UP NOW. WHEN THE DELIVERY GUY BRINGS IN THE FOOD WE EXPLAINED THAT 2 HOUR DELIVERY IS UNSATISFACTORY. INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING HE ARGUES WITH US. SAYING THAT WE SHOULD UNDERSTAND HOW BUSY THEY ARE AROUND LUNCH TIME. WE EXPLAINED WE NEVER ORDERED THERE BEFORE AND IF IT WERE TOLD TO US THAT THE DELIVERY WOULD TAKE SO LONG WE WOULD HAVE ORDERED SOMEWHERE ELSE WHO WE KNOW CAN GUARANTEE OUR ORDERS DELIVERED IN UNDER 30 MINUTES. HE STILL ARGUED WITH US, AND NO APOLOGY GIVEN EVEN AFTER HAVING SOMEONE LIE TO US ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF THE FOOD. AND THE FOOD WAS OBVIOUSLY COLD. Problems!!!! Okay so I ordered on. Thursday night and the delivery was over 30 mins late from what Ear Street told me to expecr. I had to phone Eat Street because the two numbers so had for this place did not work after 15 mins of being late I just needed to know what was going on. Eat Street phoned for me and they were running behind and the driver should be there soon. So as I wondered how my food was holding up there was a phone call Some man who sounded like he had marbles in his mouth told me he was at my home. I met him at the door, he starred at the ground the enti re 15 seconds he was at the door. He handed me my food and took off. So I ordered fried mushrooms, a sub combo with a drink & wings. Also a pepperoni pizza with black olives and jalapenos. The sub was supposed to be steal and cheese. It was so DRENCHED in oil and vinegar it was not edible. The fried mushrooms where okay, what you would expect. The wings were teriyaki and were really good!! I was shocked. The pizza looked really good , I like the crunchy crust. The only problem with my pepperoni pizza is there was no pepperoni. It was a dinner nightmare. I dont think we will use them again!

I had ordered food two days ago the service was great and the food was great so I decided I would order from them again today I ordered my food at 7 oclock and the lady tells me 45-60 mins Im thinking oh okay it didnt take that long the other day so Ill be okay its already been an hour I call back and the lady is like oh the driver will be there in 2 mins so I go outside so I can be waiting 40 mins later I have to call back because he still hasnt shown up then the lady says oh hes outside you can pretty much guess this but he wasnt outside bout 20 mins later inbetween calling back and being put on hold I get a call from the driver saying hes outside thats not even the worst part though I go outside to get my food the guy is like your total is 17.03 I was like thats not what the lady told me on the phone he shows me the receipt and it says 14.03 then hes like it looks like 17.03 to me but that could be right if the lady told you that on the phone it was already bad enough I had to wait 2 hours for some food then the man tried to cheat me out of money too NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM THERE EVER AGAIN

Took an 1hr 55 minutes for delivery. Order was wrong and missing food, the person who took my order over the phone obviously couldnt hear & when I called back, she sounded as if I was bothering her! The Fries were fried hard, and dark brown. Lettuce & tomato on the sub smelled old-I couldnt even eat it. This place has seriously fell off, who wants nasty food? Give people what they pay for! Service and quality is nonexistent at this joint. This was a late last minute meal, but never again. They dont deserve anyones money putting out work and service like this! I shouldve known to keep my $ from this place when I looked at everyone elses horrid experiences. I hate wasting money. If they havent gotten it together by now, maybe their intention is to put out bad food & service? Maybe they catch a kick out of it? I dont understand...Read your reviews from your customers!!! I hope they find another profession bc food service is not for you guys. Sincerely, disappointed customer.

This delivery was cold and disgusting. Got to work 3rd shift only to find out I would be working a lot later than my normal shift so I had to order food. Did a Google search for late night delivery service. Found Queens pizza & subs. Took an 1 hour to get the food and it felt warm from outside the bag but when I open it and tried the food it was cold, fries not crinkle cut and fish taste like breaded dough no fish taste to it at all. Needless to say I called them back informed of my dissatisfaction and lady said she will call me back after speaking to her manager, no call back and after working a 12 hour shift with no food I was freaking mad. I kept the nasty food and took it back to them and nobody is working but it says they open from 11am-3am. Another lie but I will be back and will update how this plays out. I will never eat or order here again and thats for sure.
