This was our first time at a CF..I have wanted to try CF for so long and we dont have one near us. Every one raves how good it is...We were on our way home from Chicago. The waitress started out great..we were a party of 6..she took our drink order and brought them in a timely manner..we also got an appetizer, which came quickly and was good. We ordered or food and it started to come out..we got 2 of our 6 orders..and half of one more..it was missing the fries. We waited about 5 min and one more meal came out..a few seconds later our waitress came and saw we were missing 2 meals. She came back with one and said that they were making the soup on the one meal all pretty. A different waitress brought the last meal and almost spilled the soup in my moms lap. I had to ask for my sweet potato fries that were missing in my meal. She said they were cooking thats why they didnt come with my burger. ? Burgers and fries were ok. The soup was supposed to be loaded potato and it was luke warm..barely..and very liquidy and garlicky. The waitress didnt come to check on us for over 10 min. We asked her to reheat the soup or something hoping it might taste better. She brought it back out...the bowl it was in was HOT but the soup was BARELY warmer. My mom did not eat it and was eating her salad and sandwich. The rest of us were finished. The waitress wrapped up our leftovers...and then said she would bring cheesecake menus. She came back 5 min later..no menus and refilled a drink. She said she would bring menus back. She brought drink back but no menus..she took the order from a table next to us...my husband asked for the menus and she said she was waiting to bring them till my mom was finished because she didnt to rush her. ??? She finally brought the menus...after about 5 min. We decided to not get any cheesecake because we asked the prices per slice and she said $7.95 and up per slice and the menu stated $6.95 to $8.50. We asked for bills so we could leave...she hand us our bills and says have a nice day. So when she came back by I asked where we pay and she said we pay her! I was a little confused.. I was very disappointed with the service and a lot of the food. ;(. The prices dont match the quality or service we received :(

Not what it used to be. I wish Id taken pictures but, oh well. Ill start with bad things I noticed but may have let slide had my experience not gone from that to disgusting. The floors and to be fair this is not exclusive to this location but, the cheesecake/Grand lux brand every location Ive gone to has dangerously slippery floors. Wear your non slip shoes to these joints because they are mopping with oil and water. OK my waitress was clearly over it she was on auto pilot not completely rude just didnt really have time to be bothered with us looking over the menu and asking questions. She just wanted us to pick something and let her move on with her life. I ordered a medium well kobe burger with crispy onions and cheddar. It came out room temperature but charred beyond recognition. Im talking about an entire burnt top layer that could have been used as a coaster, missing onions and cheese. Despite the burger obviously being set on fire I was going to keep it but when they returned it with a cold slice of cheddar and heaping mound of ice cold grilled onions it was just unacceptable. I asked the waitress to have them remake the burger to which she obliged. But, after waiting another 30 minutes these ninjas brought me out the SAME crispy burger cookie but, put it somewhere to warm and melt the cheese! Yup, lol thats all I could do was laugh and tell them to just forget the whole meal. They get two stars because God bless the manager for trying to make it right. He insisted on letting them do it over and that my meal was going to be on him however, the new burger while this time hot and not as burnt came extra greasy and with its own set of new retaliatory flaws- no doubt from the pissed off grill chef. Oh yeah, and bring your own condiments because youll get those back when your food is cold. Anyway, the lemonchello cheesecake is still good so just grab a slice of that to go and dont bother dining in as youll be sorely disappointed.

I visited this location with my family yesterday and was very disappointed in how we were treated. We did not eat here due to the covert discrimination the host staff and management displayed when we put our name on the waitlist. While waiting to put our name on the waitlist we overheard a woman who was by herself place a reservation for eight people. The host gave her a buzzer and told her an hour to an hour and a half. When we were next in line we requested the same reservation of eight people and were asked to step to the side so the host could touch base with the manager. While waiting for the manager the host granted reservations on the waitlist for a table of six, four, and a couple or two. When the manager finally came over the host advised him that we were wanting a reservation of eight, he advised us it would be a two and a half to three hour wait. He did this without double checking with the host or taking a look at the host reservations screen. When we asked why the wait and why was it needed for him to come over he said due the size of the restaurant and the way sections were seated it would take that long. He never answered why he had to come over. When we asked why the prior eight person reservation wasnt given similar expectations he said its because we would basically be seated where they left. This didnt really make sense because we have been to this location before and have seen multiple large groups in the restaurant on Saturdays. We still asked to place the reservation, but after realizing the manager gave us the wait to discourage our patronage we left. It wasnt worth the energy yesterday, but it is worth the energy now because this is a practice that needs to be stopped.

My wife called to place an order for curbside pickup. She waited on hold for 6 minutes before she was hung up on. I should have gone to Chilis at this point but its my wifes birthday and she wanted the sweetcorn tamale cakes. I called back and my call was answered immediately and they took our order. When I arrived at the curbside pickup I dialed the number, told them my name and they transferred me to the bakery where my call was never answered. I should have gone to Chilis. I called back and was again transferred to the bakery and my call was not answered...again. I should have gone to Chilis. I repeated this process 1 more time before the lady who answered the phone told me that they are not doing curbside today because it was too busy and I would have to come inside. I should have gone to Chilis. When I got inside I spoke to the manager who briefly apologized. I should have gone to Chilis. If they would have told me from the start that curbside was not available I would have gone inside and gotten my food 15 minutes earlier. I should have gone to Chilis. Moral of the story is.......I should have gone to Chilis.
