Overall an okay experience shopping here. However we recently had a bad experience where we were trying to go across an aisle and an older caucasian man named "Jim" was working there stocking items at a shelf. We respectfully waited until he was finishing, but a coworker (who was African American) calmly called his name to let him know we wanted to come through. He ignored the coworker the first time, and the second time he rudely exclaimed "What?!" When he saw us, he stared at us discourteously and moved. After we walked past, and he threw his hands up and exclaimed "Wow! Theres room!" There clearly was not, thats why his coworker was telling him to move. While I dont jump to the cause of problems being race all the time, our skin color was definitely the reason for his mistreatment of us. We have seen him prior working here and talking very respectfully to non people of color. We have also had a problem before this 1-2 years prior where an older caucasian man was giving us shrimp at the seafood section. Instead of handing it to us, he slammed it on the counter and left, murmuring some slurs while he went in the back. Likewise, we had his seen his interaction with customers before and it was definitely different with people who were not of color.

Rude staff in the deli. They never have all of the ingredients to properly make your sub sandwich. I am constantly in the area after 9 pm ( they close at 10)and like to pick up dinner before I go home. More often than not there is no more bread or it is hard. They make no attempt to get you something else.; its whatever is easiest for them. I started to order my subs online they were never correct! They made whatever sandwich they wanted to make and send you home with it and this happened more than once. I went in this evening, and they were out of mayonnaise and didnt want to open another one.. The girl at the deli wanted to put packets of mayonnaise on my sandwich!! Thats insane. I will NOT return Ive had bad experiences every time. The staff is so unprofessional!

WOW, REALLY? I am trying to grasp how a Publix turned out this way. Pharmacy is extremely rude. I have moved to this location and tried to establish and transfer to this particular Publix pharmacy. Tried about a week and to make sure that when I filled my prescription that everything was taken care of. Im sure hoping no-one else is treated so ridiculously rude. Their answer...drive to another Publix and check there. Bakery did half a cake I ordered and picked up late due to a funeral and it is somewhere I will never order a cake from. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AMAZING!

I have been living in this neighborhood and have been a customer of this Publix for more than 10 years. But I noticed couple times recently that the staffs at the check out were not as friendly as before. They did not do greeting to me at my turn when I say hi and smile to them, today he put the grocery I bought far away from where I can reach without helping, when I say thank you at the time they handed me the receipts, they did not say anything back even no reaction, etc. Their attitude made me feel that I am not welcomed to be their customer.

I use to love to shop at this Publix store, the employees were very friendly, helpful, plus I went so often I was recognized by many of them. Unfortunately, much has changed at this location. As far as employees there is not one that I recognize anymore , furthermore the whole atmosphere has changed. it seems like every department has been downsized along with the products sold in each, no one is friendly, no one is helpful. Nothing special about this store anymore, not worth the extra drive time. Theyve lost me as a customer.

They have a big "BOGO" sale on Tyson chicken items this week! There are manufacturer coupons to put with it too, if you have them. The labels and product were very confusing with how they had the case set up. The meat department came out to help me figure it out. They ended up remaking the labels!! Thank you so much Publix for helping me and correcting the set up and new labels. I like knowing that the customer is Publix main priority. Big THANK YOU to the meat department!! :)

By far its the worst Publix we visit. Its such a shame that its half a mile from our house. We try baked goods from at least five different Publix in Gwinnett which far exceed the standards of this one. New management has made it worst. Customer service is just pure lip service. I told my wife that one is better off putting miles into your neighborhood shopping than getting stressed out every time you visit the worthless locale near us.

Employee Named Nayana works In the deli department. She is very rude and unprofessional, she makes me feel rushed out and speaks over my words when ordering my food. I did not feel welcome by her nor I enjoyed my lunch after her upsetting me just by the way she spoke to me. She is not a good representation for publix. She should be considered for proper customer service training.

Staff is super friendly, they know me and my family by name. The deli is fine, idk what the comment regarding the subs is about. I get subs here all the time and they are always made well and always have the ingredients I want. Sometimes theyll run out of meat and have to cut you some, but the fresher the better in my opinion. Very clean, good non confusing layout.

Once again, its 5pm on a Saturday, and theres 1 guy slicing in the deli. Oh, wait, hes working on email/phone orders and not those waiting for deli help. This is why I stopped shopping here. I only stopped because it saved me a 4 mile trip. My mistake!!! Wont happen again.

Worst place in the world to get a sub. Everytime I come her it takes forever. They dont even have all the ingredients they need to make their subs. Just watched the lady go get mustard off the shelf and cilantro from the produce section.

Its all great unless you want something from the deli. Three times they didnt have my subs ready, even though I ordered in advance. If you want a hot sandwich, theres a Marcos Pizza in the same shopping center.

Refused to cook fresh chicken when we asked. Just had the ones that people pick and choose from. No wings packaged. Any other publix Ive ever gone to and asked for fresh wings, they cooked them.
