I was so excited when this Chin Chins had a groupon offered so close to my house. When I went to use the $20 groupon my order totaled $19.90. The poor waiter returned and was so embarrassed. He informed us that we had to purchase $20 so we needed to order some rice or a drink to go. And, he continued, we couldnt pay with a credit card because the total would be under $5. He insisted that his tip was counted separately and was not able to be counted towards the total. Management is so short-sided to harass customers for $0.10 and a 3% credit card processing fee. As a result I will not return and give them any more business. If they are that stingy it makes you think twice about the quality and what goes into their food if they needed a measly TEN CENTS to stay in business. I tried to speak with the manager about the situation, but of course, the manager was not in.

I was very disappointed with the speed of the service. It was very slow on a Thursday night when less than half the tables were occupied at 6:35 pm. My daughter asked for beef, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and water chestnuts with a brown sauce. The waiter barely spent a second writing it down. The dish arrived with snap peas and mushrooms which she doesnt like and it didnt have any water chestnuts. My dish was okay, but not remarkable. I dont see how this restaurant won all the awards posted by the entrance. The service was so slow we had to put the food in to go boxes. When I turned in the credit slip at the front and asked for a couple forks we were only given one and they werent too concerned about the note I left on the back of the credit card slip. I dont see us returning there anytime soon. We were so disappointed.

Weve been eating at Chin Chin off and on for at least 8 years. Saturday night will be our last visit. Horrible service. We ordered 2 adult entrées and 2 childrens entrées, because well, we have 2 children. I received what appeared to be a childs portion of a substance that did not even resemble the entree that I have ordered many times in the past (orange chicken) and our children received similarly sized portions of sweet and sour chicken. We received the bill and were charged for 4 adult entrées. When we discussed it with the server and the manager (Lilly) they both told us it was because our children were "big boys". Theyre 10 and eat like birds. Neither of them came close to finishing their small portions of food, yet we were charged for adult sized meals.

This was the worst Chinese take out Ive ever been to! I mean get real! The prices are really high and they are just ripping you off! Also the food was cold and the service was awful!! The only good things about chin chins was the people were friendly and there was no line to wait.(who would be there anyway!) another awful thing was how the waiter I had was texting on his phone and not paying attention to what we needed or even if we wanted a refill! He was so obsessed with his phone he forgot about our table, left and we had to find a new one. Well he didnt a very big tip!!! An to make it worst the owner didnt give a swat! Wow they were being super defiant not just to me but everyone!

Great Food, Overpriced, Small Portions. I have been getting my chinese food fix from Chin Chin off and on for about 5 years, and have always been extremely pleased with the quality and taste of their food. However, they are very pricy - $9.95 for Hunan Beef is somewhat steep, but taking into account the small portion size, it is unbearable. They used to serve their take out entrees in a moderate-sized aluminum container; now, they serve them in a small plastic bowl. It took two entrees to fill me up last night, when it only takes one at most other places (Im an average sized man). Sorry Chin Chin, tastes great, less filling.

I eat chinese at least once a week. Chin Chin is very close to my home but I have tried several meals there and each time I walk out disappointed. The food is tasteless. I wanted to order sweet/sour pork, they told me they didnt have it? Chinese restaurant with no sweet/sour pork you have to be kidding? They could make it if they wanted to. I ordered twice cooked pork another of my favs. But no taste. Also everytime Ive been there, they walk around like zombies. No personality, like they are bothered that they have to wait on you. Go to China Garden instead, theyre much nicer and their food is much better

I just had the worst lunch experience at this restaurant. When my entrée was served, I noticed there was no soy sauce on the table. I then asked one of the severs for "teriyaki sauce ( my mistake) when I really meant soy sauce. After they brought the correct soy sauce, they also brought me the teriyaki sauce, which I said I didnt want/need. Upon finishing my meal and paying the bill, I was told by a older gentleman not to come back to "his" restaurant. Astonished, I asked why, and he just gestured not to come back with his hands. Very strange, and quite confrontational.

Let me start by saying the service was outstanding. With that being said, this is the first time in my life Ive felt compelled to write a review on a restaurant. Being from the northeast, the Chinese food in GA doesnt compare, this was a whole different category of bad. The sesame chicken was worse than cat food, and even that doesnt do it justice. Strange color, consistency, and flavor. The only exception to the meal was steamed rice, though that was cold somehow. Pan fried dumplings resembled something a school cafeteria would create in a childs nightmare. Awful!

Eating at restaurant is always great! Kudos! DO NOT order through GrubHub - you dont get what you ask for (additional charges) and Chin Chin doesnt call to let you know- I just wanted crispy noodles- nothing too special- but now my soup is getting cold and I am waiting on them to drive back and be paid 2$ for silly noodles- is this weird punishment?

Went here for lunch because my other favorite Chinese restaurant is closed on Tuesdays. The place is nice and clean but my food wasnt good at all! I ordered sesame chicken and it was gross! The chicken was very chewy like they chose random cuts of chicken and the rice was very bland. Will not be back.

Best sushi and Chinese around. We come from Marietta. We always feel special when we come here. Everything we have had is always fresh and delicious. Illiana (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) makes some very special, off the menu food. She is a delight.

The food never disappoints and we have always had excellent service. Every meal is cooked to order so if you go there during the rush you may wait a little. Have a drink and relax, youll live longer and end up having a pleasant meal.

We were here with a large crowd (~ 13) around 1pm on Sunday and the experience was very good. It was very good food, good service and very decent price. I would definitely come back and would suggest to family and friends. Recommend.
