was in the drive up trying to order food sat there for 10 minutes with no one saying anything. Then when someone dose start talking they tell us to hold on. So i left and went inside. the over weight hood rat they had taking orders needs to take a class on customer service. Smacking your lips at people is not how things need to be dealt with. Cut your nails and maybe you can get an order in. Then i use up my whole lunch hour just waiting. The girl making the food is making mine wrong and when i bring it to her attention she gets rude about it . I look at it this way im stopping you from wasting food so be happy your not having to make it again. I didnt get to eat because of them taking their sweet ass time when its super busy it is crazy that i spent 45 minutes here just waiting for food go me. If nothing else ill have dinner

Muy mala comida mal cocinada, el pollo que te sirven no es lo que te venden, me pusieron un pedazo de ala con un pedazo de pechuga y habia pagado por 1/4 de pollo que era lo que debían haber servido, la yuca más dura y cruda no podía estar. No pierda su dinero ni su apetito en este lugar. Me refiero a este lugar de esta dirección en otros pollos tropical he comido mejor. Este lugar lo peor

Fui atentendida por una chica de color "Java " soy cliente frecuente de pollo tropical y me encanta su comida , pero esta noche la atención fue terrible, está persona nunca fue amable quizás por no hablar bien inglés , pero yo soy un cliente y creo que debería ser respetada ! Me sentí muy mal .

I love Pollo Tropical, but its Pompano Beach branch may be the most disorganized location ever. Ive been there 4 times, today i got no dressing with my quesadilla salad, the time before i ordered online, when i got there after waiting in line for 15 minutes they told me they did not have sodas which i paid for before i got there, so all i could have is water, not juice because thats just how it works. Before that they had no pollo pollo sauce and its always a hell of a wait on your lunch break, doesnt make sense ordering online either, the wait is just as long if not longer

I got here at 11:48 and I drove all the way from federal and 10st, just to get here and the dining room is locked and they still serving people out of the drive thru and other guest was still in the dining room eating. This was a very big inconvenience to me because I drive a box truck and cant make it to the drive thru. This is not right at all and all the employees are making cut throat signal knowing they should not be closing the doors before closing time. Management or whoever owns this franchise your employees just cost you $17.

Why is it that the farther you find a Pollo Tropical away from Miami, the blander the beans and rice become? This is not justice, say I! Regardless, this location is always packed at lunchtime on weekdays. Plan for takeout. Service is okay, they dont want you to have a bad experience, but organization is lacking. Entering the parking lot can be a pain since the Wal-Mart to the south is busy 24x7. No direct entrance for this Pollo off of Atlantic.

1st time at this chain. Dont have them in my home state. I ordered the Trio platter. Chicken was excellent! Great flavor & fresh off the grill. Not a big ribs person, but was pleasantly surprised. Tender & tasty. Pulled pork was ok, but topped with thier cilantro garlic sauce, very good! $10 for a good meal. I would recommend this as a nice change of pace, but still quick, place to eat.

First of all staff was extremely RUDE and the male manager on duty doesnt deserve the position. He was EXTREMELY RUDE. I asked for the number to corporate and was told it is on the receipt. Needless to say I had to go inside in order to place my order again and get my food. I will be calling the complaint line asap. I will not be returning to this location again either.

I love this location especially an employee named Barry that handles the drive through. He is very energetic and he makes sure that he has your order done just the way you want it. You can never be frustrated at the long line during lunch hour because Barry just makes it all better.. Love it.. This will be the only location I will eat from.

The food is great except the gaucamole was rotten and not fresh and had a bad smell that was rotten it was also very black. Need some help. Needs some fresh gaucamole because that can make people sick and i would not eat here again. Fresh gaucamole is the way to go. I hope this will be taken in consideration.

Worst pollo tropical ever, I went a month ago and it was super dirty I couldnt find a clean table, I went today ant it was worst plus my order was completely wrong, they gave me fries instead of sprite, they forget my cheesecake and my tropichop was missing the black beans and tomatoes

This is the worst Pollo Tropical that Ive been too I asked for fresh food then they gave me something completely different, when they finally got the order right it looked as if they put the toppings on using a baby spoon. I will NEVER go back to this pollo again

Place is dirty, condiments, salsa, sauces all empty..tables filthy, bathroom filthy and no soap, found dead touch in toilet section... THOUGHT EMPLOYEES HAVE TO WASH HANDS....no soap.....garbages are full.....will never go back......

A dump. The ignorant zee at the drive-up window cant do more than one thing at a time, creating a line out to the street. You order, drive up, pay and receive your order ONE CAR AT A TIME! This location sucks.
