Not planning to ever go back. Wait to you see the kicker! Took a visiting client from back east to breakfast having only recently discovered this venue in passing. I honestly never knew it existed. Surprisingly we were greeted by a disgruntled owner/manager. Became immediately defensive when shared I was thrilled to be trying a new place, only to get a bitter response in defense stating with disgust "Well weve been here over a year!" Youd think the answer would be kind like "Thank you for stopping in, were so happy to have you", or something more inviting to make the expereince pleasant. Our waitress was pleasant though and helpful, at the time of order, I asked simply for two eggs, toast with orange juice. It was pointed out that the smallest meal I could order was "The Traditional" included the eggs, meat and english muffin and potatoes. I politely declined stating it was too much food and asked would it be possible to just order the eggs and toast (If not an option I would have chosen a different, lighter meal). Needless to say I ordered the eggs with toast and orange juice only to be delivered by the owner/manager in utter silence, No toast - No orange juice, just two OM eggs on a plate, not even a word "Is there anything else I can get for you". My client and I were so baffled by the behavior. My client ordered oatmeal that was delivered watery. Her first response was..I dont think this is even oatmeal. By the time we could get anyones attention (Mind you there was only a handful of tables at this hour being served) We were done. I mentioned, I never got the toast or the orange juice, not even a refill on our coffee the whole time we we there. Now heres the kicker.... We were billed for the whole shabang! Including the orange juice and the full price of "The Traditional" meal for my 2 lonesome eggs. Unbelieveable expereince. With as much excitement and hopes to have a new venue in our area to share colleagues, family and friends, with utter disappointment and embarrassment for the display of customer service, I will never go back and risk expose anyone to such customer service.

Reading the four and five star reviews here, I came to realize that either 1) people are shilling for this place or 2) the average person has truly terrible taste in food, and may as well not have taste-buds at all. I have been to this place no less than 4 times, over a period of 6 months, so know that this isnt a knee-jerk reaction to a single bad visit. the following has been true on EVERY visit I have made to this place. * The food is so bland, its almost disgusting. Its that feeling of seeing and smelling something great, and looking forward to it, only to be so disappointed by the taste that you react to it with revulsion. thats what the food is here for me. - old, overcooked veggies - Low quality/old Eggs - near flavorless bacon - this list goes on, but Ill cut it off here. * The kitchen staff is not able run a breakfast line. food constantly comes out with one item warm, another stone cold. sometimes this happens after an HOUR of waiting. there arent many tables in this restaurant, so theres really no reason for this, unless they arent prepping and running the griddle properly. - Seeing as breakfast is literally the easiest thing to setup a line for, the inability to run one is indicative of either inexperience on the part of the kitchen staff, or interference and awkward processes setup by the owner that screws with the kitchen staffs job. having met the owner, I suspect the latter. * The selection of available dishes is uninspired, and reading over the menu items, not especially healthy. people laud this place as having "real food," but thats completely false. this is just another BS, mass market breakfast place that ships it food from a supply company, lets it sit in the freezer for months, and then slaps it into the hands of a much-maligned kitchen staff fighting an uphill battle against incompetent management. You want real food? go to the Early Bird, Literally 2 min. away. vastly superior, real locally sourced foods, and actually tastes like something. On the plus side, the juice is really good here .

All of our dishes/cups/and silverware were dirty when we sat down at the table. It was disgusting! I had to send all of our cups back on our table when we first sat down, they were so gross. Then the new ones werent ANY better. I ended up drinking water out of a foam cup from upfront I had my coffee in. The silverware were the exact same way... It literally made me not want to eat the food. I come to find out a coworker ate there like a month prior to me and had the same situation with all of the dirty dishes, so it doesnt seem this was a stroke of bad luck... I ordered the french toast, and honestly it wasnt anything to be excited about... it didnt taste any different or better than the french toast I make at home... not that I am a great cook, but there wasnt anything special about it that "wowed" me. We had to wait almost 40 minutes for our food as well. I thought in the end it was over priced. I also got a mimosa and it tasted super weird... I chalked it up to weird fresh squeezed oranges, but after all the dishes issues, I had a hard time convincing myself. Not worth the 45 minute wait, over priced, and there are many other restaurants around that are a lot better.

The first time we went there it was pretty good. Then we went there for breakfast and I ordered the eggs Benedict with scrambled eggs instead of poached. I ended up getting it with Poached Eggs, so I asked the waitress if there was any way I could get it with scrambled eggs instead, I just cant do poached eggs. She brings it back to the kitchen and about two minutes later I get a new eggs benedict , except its the same eggs Benedict they just took the poached eggs off cut them up into pieces and put them back on. I ended up just taking the eggs off and eating it anyway, it wasnt very hot nor was my husbands and his poached eggs were overcooked and hard. The server never asked if everything was OK after that nor did she when she noticed that I didnt eat the eggs they were sitting on the side of the plate. So needless to say we were just a little disappointed.

The wait is long the no wait app is worthless the waiting area is non existing and a intercom of some sort would be helpful the hostess called my name and I was sitting right by the check in station and above the loud crowd of morning goers I didnt hear my name so about a hour later went to hostess station and checked in when my weight was quoted 20 to 30 minutes she said I called your name so she checking back in which put me right back up the last of the list Here I am 30 more minutes into my wait its lunch time now got sat at a table and took 20 minutes for the waitressed to acknowledge us ... Finally shes here to take my order ! Food is good but not worth the wait ( they ran out of patatos so instead they replace them with french fries ) nothing like french fries with my scrambled eggs and toast
