I recently moved into the area. So I figured I would give this place a try. To begin with, the young gent behind the counter was not too bright requiring me to repeatable clarify my order at least twice. Furthermore the wait was excessive. So unless you have some nearby errands to run within the vicinity I highly suggest that you arrange some prior to stopping by to fill in the time that you will wait. When I did finally get my order Not only was it incomplete but I had to call the restaurant after getting home with my order. I ordered garlic parmesan wings. Hoping to get some sort of garlic parmesan that is at least somewhat similar to the wonderful sauce they use at Buffalo Wild Wings, my disappointment was beyond describable. I actually thought they had served me plane wings with no flavoring whatsoever. What I received were wings that word covered in butter and allegedly had been sprinkled with some sort of Parmesan powder which had no substance or flavor whatsoever. I can say with a fairly high amount of certainty that the only way I will ever walk into that establishment ever again is if I am on fire and every other place is closed and I need to be extinguished immediately. This place had been our usual reliable place to grab food. Always a go-to because we knew it would always be a great experience. Not anymore. I boycotted for a while after I finally called corporate to complain after at least 4 bad experiences including: staff is unfriendly, complacent and therefore food was sub-par. They offered me $5 store credit. Which I appreciate, but declined because money isnt the point. I dont want anything for free, or discounted, I just want it to be like it was before. When Amy was the manager, everything was on point and the one time it wasnt, she made it right. After calling corporate, Amy called me personally to let me know that she was aware and thanked me for feedback etc. How awesome!!!! Love that. Tonight, ordered food. Staff is unfriendly. I specified well done on almost everything, and asked for extra seasoning on one order of fries. The bone in wings were ok, but the fries? Both orders were soggy wet (under done maybe?) and under seasoned. Not a place I would recommend but not a place that I wouldnt recommend. Its just a gamble, roll the dice.

We planned on having Wing Stop for the Denver Broncos football game and decided to push through an online order. We showed up at the store only to see more p/od customers then I think Ive ever seen at a business. Apparently the owner/manager unplugged the fax machine which puts through online orders but didnt realize unplugging the machine didnt stop the orders from coming through and our credit cards to being charged. As a small business owner I can appreciate issues but one thing I cant appreciate is a lack of customer service. The owner of this wing stop should be spending her entire day calling the customers back who paid and did not get orders, apologizing and perhaps offering a complimentary order for the future. I will never go back to this Wing Stop and thats a bummer.

Place is a joke got there was told I had a 15 min wait for my food at the cash register after 30 minutes of waiting come to find out some lady ordered 300 wings about 15 costumers before me so why I was ever told it was only going to be a 15 minutes wait was just stupid after waiting an hour still no food well after being ignored and avoided for 5 more minutes I finally was able to ask for my refund because there was still at least 5 orders a head of mine. I was not once apologized to for my wait instead every single employee was going out of their way to ignore all of the costumers I wouldnt have been upset if someone would have warned me about the giant order in front of me but he told every single person in line it would be a 15 minute wait when it was well over an hour

Worst experience ever! When we ordered our food, we were told that the wait would be 15-20 min. There was only three of us. The workers didnt look like they were doing anything, they were messing with rubber bands. We waited 40 min and they forgot one of our orders of wings. So they brought out cold, hard wings in a box. We ordered a 6 count and they gave me 4 wings and one was just split in half! We had to go up again and ask for our sauces. One of the workers rolled their eyes and gave us attitude because they were getting ready to get off of their shift. I will never come here again. I will travel a little farther and go somewhere else.

You will want to vomit if you go in and see the fat toothless sweaty lardass ogre greasy lady who is touching the food without gloves. I made a to go order. Went in to get it and watched her hack in her hand then wipe her nose..then make a sound like a horse or pig or both...then lay a barehand full of fries in some poor poor persons to go box. The guy working the register saw it too and looked at me with the same horror i had in my face im sure. Needless to say i ran out of there praying for anyone who ever sets foot in this hell hole. Please. Go somewhere else

First, the staff here is super friendly. They do a great job! Now, Wingstop I am no longer a fan of. They removed one of their best selling flavors, spicy Korean BBQ, for a 2nd time... This was after they took it away the first time and there was a very frustrated customer base. Now, I return to BWW!! Did you know they can mix 2 flavors together?? Thursdays BWWs boneless wings are only 5 cents more a wing than wingstop. Theyre wings taste better and they dont take top selling flavors away from their customers!!! Bye Wingstop!

This is honestly the worst place I have ever gone to eat. Took 49 minutes for 25 wings. Walf of the wing came out in a pool of oil. When I went to take it back it took another 20 minutes to come out, when the new ones came the were completely over seasoned to where you couldnt even eat it. The employees didnt apologize for their mistakes or anything. Fries were also soggy. The whole experience was COMPLETELY HORRIBLE! Never again. This place deserves no stars!

I used to visit this location all the time but my last two experiences have been awful. I ordered a 6 wings combo a few weeks ago and when I got home to eat it, I was 3 wings short of the 6. Tonight I went in and ordered 2 - 6wing combos to go. One order was perfect, the second order 3 of the 6 wings were burnt. While eating the fries, about half way through I uncovered a short curly hair within the mix of the fries. Really disappointing.

Absolute joke for service. First, I wait while the manage texts like a fat cow, then when I order, I get nods and grunts, and when I ask for a manage, the kicker, SHE IS ONE! Next I am being carded for hot wings? 1/10. Didnt even bother getting my food, disgrace to the franchise. I used to eat at wingstop in Chicago all the time, never had this kind problem.
