I love the employees (long standing employees). They greet my kids by their names, take time to ask how we are and if we need any help. The reason behund three stars has nothing to do with employees but with Albertons not updating an old store. It needs major remodeling and fixes. The store is very limited on sele tions and options. Barely any varieties,organics, floral, bakery, foriegn food items. Extremely outdated in every aspect.

Cake was beautiful and just as I requested however, I ordered a white cake with buttercream frosting and what I got was a chocolate cake with shortening frosting, just the opposite. Woulndt normally have been a problem but the birthday person doesnt like chocolate cake so it was a bummer.
