Three words "Bait and Switch". Several years ago when I first went to a Five guys I was very impressed and could not help but wonder why anyone would even bother with McBland when there was this. Im not much of a burger and fries guy so I hadnt been here for a few years. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago. I took my wife and son and thought we had ordered reasonably and yet the bill came out to $43. Ouch! Thats almost a trip to Red Robin, but they have those wonderful burgers made with all natural yummy meat, right? Wrong! Any signage indicating that the meat was ever natural or even good in any way has been quietly removed and they are now using the same gross, rubbery, tasteless, utility grade beef that is making people fall out of love with Mickey Ds, Burger King, Jack in the Box, etc. The fries, although they still cloy you with them, arent even all that anymore. Did they switch to cheaper potatoes or what? I dont know, but the yummy factor is now much lower. Its disgusting that this company is now skating by on a reputation that they earned during their first few years of business. Any good feelings that people have for this company are completely undeserved at this point. They are now serving rubbish, just like everyone else.

Five Guys is the best place to get a burger and fries. But their service is seriously lacking when an order is placed through their mobile app. Every time I place an order this way, when I get there I have to let them know Im there so they can start cooking my fries. I think thats great! But for some reason, they forget Im there. I will see other customers come in, place their orders, get their food WITH FRIES while Im still waiting RIGHT BY the fryers. I then have to go back to the main counter and remind them Im there and have been waiting, meanwhile, my burgers are sitting under the warmer. So much for a fresh burger! They would get 5 stars from me if this didnt happen every time I order...

Im posting this review because it looks like everyone who has reviewed this place so far doesnt understand what the hell this restaurant is.. Its 5 guys. Its pretty much like In-and-Out, but with enormous fry portions. The food is great, the atmosphere is great. No, its not a classy sit-down restaurant. Its not supposed to be. If you go in expecting something like that, you are a complete idiot. You go into 5-guys to get an enormous, great tasting burger, and a giant bag of fries for a low price. And this location delivers.

Pretty good burgers and really good fries. I like to make my burgers as big and as spicy as possible, and this definitely gives you both of those options. Their burgers may not be the best, but it will more than likely satisfy your appetite. I really enjoy their fries, especially with the cajun spice mix that they can add to them to give it a nice spicy kick. As a heads up, their large fries are practically a large paper lunch sack full of fries that can feed 2-4 people.

Not very speedy or different from other burger places. More expensive then most, and not as tasty as others. All the propaganda signs on their walls are from 201 or before. Nothing relevant at all, cause if they were from 2016 they wouldnt have any.

Not worth the money. You can find cheaper or just as expensive burger places that actually taste good. I have been here at least 3 times and each time I have regretted it. The only thing worth buying is their fries.

I think their food is better than Red Robin - and you can put whatever you want on the burgers. They make their own fries, too. Definitely check them out!

The key is not getting too many different toppings on your burger. I made that mistake and it wasnt good. Fries are good if you ask for well done.

Bacon cheese dog with barbecue, great! Bacon cheeseburger with mushrooms and barbecue, delicious. Bacon vanilla shake, priceless.
