Adequate, but awkward. Its not the most welcoming environment. The staff frequently goes through the basic motions of getting customers processed through quickly, but misses huge opportunities to add services. On one recent occasion, the cashier didnt ask if I would like a beverage! I had to force the issue. The staff never asks if I would like simple extras such as a spring roll or soy sauce. I happen to know those are available, so I have to ask. I dont bother with the spring rolls if theyre in so much of a hurry. The maintenance at the beverage bar a couple days ago was sloppy, but sadly better than many fast food restaurants. Im used to the service in Yucaipa where they do a much better job.

The food keeps you coming back.. however the drive thru cashiers are rude. I work for a living too. If I was as rude as several of the girls working the drive thru window I would be fired. I have dined inside before and the service is better. Atmosphere is great when a manager is around. Food is always fresh except at night when they are trying to close.

The service is horrible!!! The girls give you attitudes and this includes the female manager! The cooks stare you down . They can make the best food in the valley but once you treat you clients like crap everything doesnt matter. I would not recommend anyone to take their chances with these people. Ill rather drive an extra 15mins to get my food.

Ive been there 3 times. 3/3 theyve managed to mess up my order. Cashiers in drive thru are rude. Id rather make a 15 min drive for same food better service.
