The food is delicious, but this location has an issue with food accuracy. I always recieve the wrong bread, and when I ask for tomatoes or cheese to be removed it never occurs. I would understand if this was a busy lunch rush but it usually occurs at a slow evening. Its literally one job. make a sandwhich, and removing requested ingredients is important, some people are allergic to some ingredients and its simple customer service. I never get the sandwhich I order, even on a slow night. Id suggest sandwhiches elsewhere.

This is a great Cousins Subs, as it comes to food. This is one of the few CS that use an actual grill not microwave, which makes the food taste a lot better then other establishments in the chain. Employee wise, they are at about a 6/10. Some employees dont seem to care about the job and Ive noticed less than professional behavior. I feel a 3/5 stands as a great score, the food being the main selling point, the grill really helping.

They mess up my order every time. I stopped going, but went today to try it one more time. they messed up my daughters sandwich which was only lettuce cheese and salami, they didnt give her lettuce. I went to give her some lettuce from mine, and saw that it was way smaller than it was supposed to be and then when I opened it, it was filled with pepper seeds. Never again. Subway for us from now on.

Yeah this is one of the best cousins around and one of the first ones in the city that were open back in the day. They still use a grill so taste is a much better. People are nice mainly because the people that work there have worked there for ages. The GM has been working there since she was 16. I worked there from 06-07 great place to work while in high school.

I actually work down the Street from these cousins so I met my mom there who was up here from out of town. When I say this has almost been The worst lunch break I cant possibly take with my mom. My mom asked for no onions they still put onions she asked for extra mail they didnt put any.clean nice place but will not make your order the way you want it.

Giving them one star is more than they deserve. Floor littered with paper and French fries. Ordered salad, lettuce was warm and dried out, ham sandwich had one slice of ham. Spoke with manager who was rude when told about problems with food. Potatoe chips, small bag, Cousins brand was $1.47, chips were completely broken and overpriced

Cousins offers a variety of subs not found in Subways. The sandwiches are larger and they provide more meat. They will alter the ingredients in any sub ordered. There are usually two or three special subs that are available for a limited time. It is a good alternative to Subway.

Ridiculous service. Cashier was high and slow and for being the second to order my food, they had everyone elses order ready before mine and all i ordered was a sandwich. I dont recommend to anyone. Over 20 min wait to receive my food and order wasnt accurately made either.

I do t think I have ever gotten an order wrong at this place. Its not far off forest home or Lisbon. Always plenty of seating as most get their orders to go. Some of the staff have been there for years and with that brings stability to the experience.
