Good food and generally good atmosphere until recently. Usually hang out there at night. Manager Andie/Angie? hangs out during that time and is usually drunk. Not sure if she is on duty, but does not look good for the business. Recently observed this same manager harassing a patron and spreading rumors that border on defamation of character. Patrons go there to relax, play pool, and generally have a good time. Having a manager create a war zone because they are insecure is not conducive to a lively and relaxed atmosphere. Manager is a loud, obnoxious drunk. Owner needs to take her in hand or he will be losing business. In this economy, that is not a good thing.

In here on Sunday ...service is spot on ...ordered a blue moon...the orange was fresh and the pour was perfect! Rosh, the bartender was awesome...tried the fries and loved them ...crispy , flaky and salted just right ...my wife had the spicy BBQ wings and said they were "amazingly perfect" .... (Ive been vegan for the last 5 weeks) ...just waiting for my Margarita right now ..and its here ! 4 min ...Rosh rules ! It is a very well balanced Margarita and apparently he made 4 other Margaritas at the same time as mine !.....Ill be back !

Bartender was not as prompt or as nice as Id like. Lunch rush was coming on though. Drinks were served well. Owner came for a moment. Greeted no one and I saw rushed talking. I suspect there was some kind of trouble the night b4, bar order shot, missing booze, something was defantly out of place. Decent service. Locals cordual. Was one of my buddies favorite places. Blazay for me and the ratchet I had come along..

In west Olympia, its the Westside Tavern for a great selection of IPAs and pub food. And the vegetarian black bean patty is a terrific replacement for a hamburger and the Westsides pub burger is especially good as a vegetarian option. Sweet potato fries and sauteed brussels sprouts are definitely worth a try, too. The place is usually jumping, on game day.

First of all, the guy who gave a 1 because the bartender couldnt fix the jukebox?! What an asshat. Guess I know who you voted for. Our lunch was awesome! Really didnt expect to have two of the finer sandwiches in Oly at the Westside Tav. And the fries! Best around! Thanks so much guys. We were having a bad day and you made it better!

Food was good. Drinks were good. Just had to wait for 35 minutes after ordering a burger and fries. And there bartender said this was a "busy bar""If I need to I can go to McDonalds" or something like that. There were only 10 people here. And we ordered before all ten Sat down in different tables.

The Westside Bar & Grill is a wonderful place, conveniently located, and has a nice, diverse mix of people. The servers are fun and nice, and pleasant to be around. My only complaint: they used to serve good food, but only serve frier food now. They had the best burgers in town!

The ambience and the space is great. Great drink selections. All they have are stools and semi booth seating around one of the walls of the place. The only thing I dont suggest is the bbq nachos. The sweetness of the bbq sauce and the greasy chip doesnt mix very well.

The 2 bartenders that work the bar on Fridays are very rude and uninviting to customers... They make you feel like your hastling them when you order a drink or from the menu. Our group will NOT be going back to this place. Take Our business somewhere else.

This place is nice and clean, and has good atmosphere. All the food Ive had there was good. The Reuben sammiches are great! Im usually there around lunch time and all service has always been great and friendly. Its a nice place I definitely recomend.

Good beer, good food, great staff and owners, street side patio, comfy interior, and a chill clientele. Exactly what I want in a neighborhood bar. Warning: the place gets nuts when the Seahawks play, loads of fun, but not for the faint of heart.

Its been remodeled and took over a different kind of crowd, more of the mid life crisis bikers and such. Their menu is great, drinks are awesome, just a different crowed than Im used to there. I like the place, I just prefer the 2 mile.

Great staff, good clientele, wonderful atmosphere. The food was amazing well worth the price. The music was awesome you Rock Mike Roy! Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to to hang with friends young and old.

I would hope next that the kids behind the bar wouldnt eat there food in front of me while I wait for my order.. only for my dinner to come out cold. Ive had better times there while Devon is behind the bar.

Their jukebox wasnt working. We put five dollars in the machine. When I realized it wasnt working the bartender kinda shrugged and said he couldnt do anything. The machine was having problems.

First time here. Older well kept place with ample lighting. There on a Friday night around 12am and it was busy. Younger crowd but us two 50+ guys felt comfortable having a beer at the bar.
