I ordered the number 12 what comes in a tortilla wrap but I substituted it for a lettuce wrap. It was a new guy working and he had no idea what I was talking about which was no problem he called his boss to ask questions. He first had me pay for the lettuce wraps which I did not like because you dont even know how to do it so why would you make me pay for it before you do something that you dont know how to do. Which made be obligated to take this horrible lettuce wrap that he gave me. I know from other experiences here that they are hard to do with lettuce but this one was the worst. There was hardly anything in it. So I basically just paid for lettuce. For being one of the top sandwich places you would think they would do a better job at training he could have at least discounted it or gave me a free drink and not to mention I waited a while.

OK sandwiches - $8-11 range for a whole, large salads - $6-8, mediocre service, plenty of free parking. The menu items list lots of ingredients on each sandwich - for instance, the Bacon Avocado Cheese Melt lists cheddar, swiss, pepperoncino, bacon and pesto infusion ($8)...however when you get these sandwiches, these ingredients are not always noticeable. Theyre prepared in advance and cold stored, then heated which results in soggy bread. Salads are quite big and pretty good - also pre-made. What Ive liked least about Indy Sandwich Co is the service. Its indifferent...unless you are a young man. Somewhat like a Ladybug Espresso with sandwiches. If youre local, youll understand the reference.

This little hole in the wall is a diamond in the rough. It is small, quiet, and friendly. I heard about it almost a year ago, when it was still in the making, and hoped it wasnt mostly hype. ISC lived up to it. The atmosphere is cool and comfortable, and sandwiches have a taste all their own. Even now, I hear of even more unique sandwiches in the making. Im excited to see where this place ends up as it grows. p.s. My sandwich was done in under 2minutes.

Love the food. I would always order no sauce no onions at any fast food restaurants but with this place my favorite is the garlic sauce. All six sauces are cream cheese based. The vegies r quality healthy vegies. We put romaine lettuce in cold water until it hits your sandwiches to keep crisp and fresh.we use Roma tomatoes. All our vegies r cut fresh daily. We have a special running of cup of soup and a half a cold cut sandwiche for $6.00. Please try it out.

Honestly I just wanted a sandwich and I expected something like subway, it took a few minutes longer than subway, but the taste was incredible. I got the number three with a cup of tomato soup by recommendation of the girl working there, I think her name was Erica. That sandwich took me back home, dipping an amazing grilled cheese into that soup was so nostalgia, just like Mom used to make.

I just went there today And got the bacon and pastrami habanero. Super amazingly delicious! I plan on trying all of their sandwiches. Losing a star because on the website it says you can get chips with your sandwich but they dont do that anymore apparently. $9 was a little pricy,especially for just a sandwich. Very yummy and I am satisfied with my experience.

This is a great place with a great decor and good customer service. But for a 10$ sandwich the pirtion size is pretty small with long wait times. The chicken on my sandwich was also dry and the bacon looked like the cheap skimpy stuff you get at burger king. Despite this, the food was good... just no where near 10 bucks good. More like 6.

Friendly staff. Good sandwiches. Proportions are generous, prices are reasonable. I stopped by on what I assume was an off hour, and was promptly, and warmly, greeted. The sandwich menu has a decent variety - nothing amazing, but for a quick sandwich its a great deal better than your typical sandwich shop options.

No options really. All the choices besides the pbj are a bit too wanna be upscale for the neighborhood they are in. I mean..tiny sandwhiches with over done toppings..but no mayo or mustard in sight?.. And the prices are ridiculous. The only thing we enjoyed was the artwork. We wont be returning.

I used to go there all the time! I loved it. But I just came from there and they made my sandwich wrong.. There were like 2 slices of avocado on my sandwich.. And the the soup taste like straight water. This place fell apart. Ill never be back and il make sure and get the word out there to.

it seems to be a great hole-in-the-wall type of sandwich place. Although I really enjoyed my sandwich, I have visited this place 4 times and all four occasions they have been lacking in ingredients and could not make a few of the sandwiches that they offered.

Food was fantastic! Person working was fun and entertaining while she made my sandwiches. The place looked cool but it had so little lights on inside I wasnt sure if they were truly open till I got right up to the door. But otherwise awesome.

Have gone here 7 times.. Ive been inside twice, one of which they told me they were closed (01:30pm Tuesday)An forgot to flip the sign. So needless to say but they need to figure out the hours in which they are actually going to be open.

Never known a place to make me want to bring down the unholy wrath of the White Walkers on a place. Prove my point. I ordered a sandwhich left drove to subway ordered and ate a sandwhich. Came back and they just finished it after 57 mins.

Loved it!!! If feels and looks so much like so many different eateries in Portland!!! Very nice decorations and the owner is a pretty cool guy. He actually seemed to care about what we thought if his place. I will eat here often.

Indy sandwich was an amazing place to eat, the food was delicious and tasted very fresh. I highly recommend eating here. I was out in about 7 min. Perfect place to bring friends or family. Number 13 and number 1 were very good

This is the best sandwich in Tacoma hands down nice crunch I dont know how but its loaded but stays together I didnt get one drop of sauce I dont know where they get their ingredients but high five last night I slept soundly

Under new owner ship... Indy sub shop has hartty subs, soups and salads and everything is made fresh or daily! They seem to always be busy so a little bit of a wait (about 7 minutes) but totally worth it though!

I got the avacado cheese melted sandwich and the the bread was toasted in a toaster. The cheese waa not melted and the the lettecue seemed like it had been left out over night. I would not recommend this place
