This is one of those small time restaurants that are just tucked away in a corner of a shopping area. It is pretty easy to miss, but dont worry you wont be missing much. I was one of those people that did notice it and decided to enter with some of my girlfriends and get some sandwiches. Im going to start with what I liked. Oddly I liked the joint was small, it gave a warm cozy feeling in the atmosphere. The staff was polite which is a foundation for any good restaurant and we didnt really have to wait very long to have our order taken and our food given to us. What I didnt like about this place is actually the most important thing. The food wasnt that good. I had the Tandoori Chicken sandwich. The sauces were flavorful for sure but the chicken was dry, and anyone who knows me, knows I hate dry chicken. Then to couple up with the dry poultry, the bread was old and kind of soggy. Everything about this restaurant is right on the money... Except the food.

The tandoori chicken sandwich was good, but not terribly filling ($6.99) probably due to the breads spongy, almost weightless crumb. The chicken was nicely spiced without being too hot. I ordered my sliced pickle in the side, which was quite good. The Oreo cookie ($1.95) was a bit drab, although it has decent flavor and texture. Customers should be cautious to enter the driveway in the correct direction. The restaurant has too much furniture around the soda machine, causing bottlenecks in the store- even with only a handful of patrons. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked. The staff was friendly and the food was prepared quickly and freshly. Although there were many positive points about the place, I probably would choose to go elsewhere in the future. Id love to see a recycling bin! Cmon, Nova! Lets get green!

Just went there today. Being 03/22/2017. Bumped into it with my best friend. Was planning on going to Noodles and Company but hey i never seen this here before. Lets go! We went. Was greeted. AWESOME Customer Service. Asian authentic bow. Thats respect and with honor in some asian culture. I had the BLT. Wasnt disappointed. The Meatball sandwich was good too! i had 2 because i was hungry and its good! The place is kinda small but give you the warm cozy feeling. I feel the place is more roomy than most small places. Give it a shot. Its a great place to just sit back and relax. The FOOD was QUICK LIKE WOW. It could have been Faster than Fast Food Restaurant. Back to the food; Food was more fresh and new. Love it.!

This place is excellent. Hands down my favorite sandwich shop. Ive had a few of the different sandwiches here and have never been disappointed. The meat in sandwiches like the braised short rib is always so tender that its hard to resist each time I come in. The tandoori chicken is delicious! The specials have all been amazing and that is probably why they are sold out if you ever miss the lunch rush. Cant go wrong with the turkey and bacon either. Ive been coming here since this place opened up, and they manage to keep me coming back with friends, or family, or even by myself. I love this place!

I really want to like this place but after 3 attempts, Ive given up. Its a bright newcomer to the Springfield mixing bowl but under performs on simple sandwiches. They bake their own bread yet microwave their meats? Get a flattop in there and get some nice caramelization on those meats instead of sweaty, sogginess from the microwave. Just put in a little more effort and it will really change the place around.

This is a GREAT restaurant. The sandwiches are reasonably priced, and are made from quality ingredients. The restaurant if VERY clean, the staff is ALWAYS very friendly, and the owner is usually the one behind the counter making my sandwich. This restaurant is infinitely better than Subway, and it is a small business, not a chain. SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL BUSINESS OWNERS!

Service was very friendly and all the food was of high quality. I especially like the way the sandwiches are wrapped in heavy butcher paper. You dont see that much anymore. The one complaint I have is the shortrib meat had very little seasoning if any at all. Would have been much better with just a sprinkle of Adobe or something.

Fresh premium ingredients, excellent service, friendly staff, and always impeccably clean. The cookies are th best youll ever have. Everything is at a good price. They just blow away the competition (Subway, Potbellys, Firehouse). Try it - you wont regret it!

Simply put, these sandwiches are delicious! Great flavor and the bread is perfect. If you like soda pop hes got a dozen unique and exotic kinds of it, in addition to the normal fountain brands. Service is always polite and attentive.
