I was introduced to the Stinky Salad over a decade ago. I instantly became addicted and could not get this salad out of mind or taste buds. I eventually weened off of it whereas I was eating them only once a week as at treat. Its an aphrodisiac, in my opinion. Everytime I have a chance or get that craving, I am right there at the deli ordering the infamous Stinky. I have turned many on to the Olde Towne Deli raving about it. And, the service couldnt be better. Roger and his family are great and wonderful people and deserve every bit of success for their hard work and providing customer satisfaction. I was though disappointed when I ran down there Saturday evening only to discover they closed early. I was bummed. But, I figure, well, I just had one on Friday and maybe it was a good thing after all.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the food. This Deli used to be an excellent place to grab great Greek food, Chicken Steak and Cheese platters and wonderful breakfast for a reasonable price. NOT ANYMORE! They have increased their prices, but have reduced the quality and quantity of the food. The breakfast and many of the menu items still taste good, but you do not get the large portions or quality of the food like before. Specifically, the Chicken Steak and Cheese was at one time one of my favorite platters from the Deli. However, after receiving a chicken steak and cheese on a soggy roll and a hand full of fries on more than 1 occasion, I have decided that it is not worth the money. If you plan to check out the Deli, stick to the Greek dishes & breakfast, otherwise, you may be disappointed.

Love, love, love their stinky salad (I think the official name is sampler salad) but no one I know calls it that. The dressing is divine and must have garlic which makes it stinky. Its addictive. I add the chicken which is moist and juicy and extra pita chips. I miss working in Old Town when I could get it at least once a week for lunch. They close in early evening so this is more of a lunch spot and I normally take to go since its very sparse decor wise. Or I sit outside at one of their two tables. Their Athenian chicken is also good but its hard for me to resist getting the salad. The salad has two sizes and wish there was a size in between which would be perfect for me.

I ordered from them through Grubhub, but I was having some difficulties leaving a review on the Grubhub site, so Im leaving it here... After I ordered our meal, I got a prompt notification that the meal would be delivered at 7:10pm. At that time (which was 30 minutes after I placed my order), I received a call from the restaurant saying that they had to cancel my order as they were closed. Not only did I have to wait 30 minutes before I was told my order was canceled, but they didnt actually cancel the charge. I called Grubhub to verify that it had been canceled, and it was in fact not. Fortunately, Grubhub did take care of that for me, and for that I am thankful.

Small Mediterranean deli shop in Old Town Alexandria, with a focus on a mix of American and Mediterranean sandwiches (breakfast and deli /n other sandwiches) and other dishes especially Mediterranean dishes like kabob, gyros, falafel and shawarma. This place mostly caters to to-go orders, but there are several small tables for dining in. Prices are in-line for Old Town. They offer delivery (minimum order and delivery fee applies).

I was drawn in by the aroma that eminated from the door as patrons exited. It was a good find. The food is simple but good. You cant really ask for more than that. I got a kick out of the sign that said "Traditional Greek Specialties," especially when I picked up on the owners speaking what sounded like a dialect of Arabic. Thats what made me order the Shawarma instead of a Gyro. Overall, very good.

Completely unprofessional. Called and said "were at the house" hours before the appointment, and long before I had scheduled time off to be home. When I explained that there was no way I could be there in less than an hour (still a full hour before the agreed upon time), was told I would have to wait another week for their next available appointment. Dont waste your own time with them.

I eat at the Old Town Deli once or twice a week. I have no complaints. They offer pretty high quality sandwiches at affordable prices, which can be rare in Old Town. They are also very quick and polite, even when the line is long it is still quick. I cannot personally comment on the salads or gyros as I always get a sandwich, but my colleagues assure me they are great as well.

Old Town Electric went above and beyond with meeting and exceeding my expectations. I needed my old electrical brought up to date, as well as new fixtures and outlets added to help update my house. Old Town Electric and their crew listened to my needs, worked quickly and efficiently and my house now looks amazing! What a difference the right lighting makes!

From an out of town perspective, Im not impressed. I ordered the eggplant parm sub. Bread had no flavor to it and was untoasted. Eggplant was soggy and tasted microwaved. Sandwich was relatively small for $8 with no sides included. Definitely wasnt a filling meal. Im pretty sure if I went back I would have the same result. Wouldnt recommend for a herbivore.

After attempting to install and wire a ceiling fan my husband finally decided to call someone to come in and make sure the thing was working properly. Mark was very nice about the whole thing - he worked with my husband and didnt make him feel silly about messing it up in the first place. I would definitely call them again about anything electrical.

This place is disgusting, I ordered from Uber eats and my food came sloppy. Tomatoes were soggy and the food was hard as if it was sitting out. I called to complain and the manger hung up on me and wouldnt let me talk on the phone or explain how my meal was.

I love Old Town Deli. The sampler salad with chicken is totally yummy and nice and chunchy with toasted pita chips in it. Its the best lunch time food. It is less deli and more quick serve dinner style.

Great food! Lots of selection to choose form. There were very friendly and patient with me while I tried to figure out what I wanted. Reminds me of a true deli that I used to frequent growing up.
