Where to begin, after trying to find the place (no signs saying where it was) I finally looked at someones tabe and noticed the name on the menu they were looking at. 45 minute wait. I had my 4 yr old daughter, my mother and my grandmother who was in a wheelchair. The hostess gave us our wait time but let me walk away without even taking my name or my number. I had to return to give that info. Once I got the text that our table was ready, the hostess that looked all if 16 years old with about 15 pounds of make up on, tried to lead us to our table down stairs not even caring that I had an elderly woman in a wheelchair. After bringing that to her attention, she took us around the entire restaurant that was WAY too packed. The tables are so close together, you cant hardly get a wheelchair through there. We were finally seated at a table near the bar. It was so loud in this place, I had to scream at my relatives to even have a conversation. Our waitress, Moriah, came over about 10 minutes later and asked for our drink order. She was fairly prompt with bringing that but after that, if I needed something I had to wait. She finally came back and ordered our food. I ordered the queso. Before I could say anything else, she ran off. She did this the whole night. I had to wait until she decided to finally show up at our table to ask for something, then she would be gone before I could even finish with what I needed to say or check on the other people at our table. She doesnt manage her time with her tables very well. I could sense the attitude in her tone. When our queso came, again it was so loud I was the only 1 who could only hear the lady tell us it was hot, my mom grabbed the container the queso came in and fried her finger. Her finger immediately blistered up. The waitress didnt care. The manager was making his rounds and I informed him that maybe they could try and use the handle covers for the cast iron pans simply as a suggestion due to the fried finger incident. Not to mention it was put it right in front of my 4 yr old. What if she would have grabbed it? He offered a comp dessert. Which i wasnt expecting. Just wanted to give a suggestion. The Baja fish tacos were excellent. My grandmother had the brisket enchiladas that tasted like they dunked them in chocolate sauce. My mom had the chicken enchiladas which were cheese enchiladas covered in some Verde sauce with way too much lime. Neither of them even finished 1 of the 3 that came with their dinner. After waiting on the waitress AGAIN, I asked her about the comped dessert and off she ran. She came back with a small menu. We wanted to take it to go as we had been in that place for almost 2 hours not including the wait. Anything we told her we wanted, she said "we cant do that, we cant make it to go". After all the frustration of the night we wanted out. We asked for our checks. The waitress then proceeded to go to the cash register and mock my mother to another employee. I was PISSED. I hunted down the manager who was very helpful. Very apologetic. He gave me my money back on the 2 dinners that werent eaten. I was very thankful for the offer of the dessert but explained the situation and told him I would never be back and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone I cared about.

Some of the worst service, atmosphere and quality at a restaurant I have ever experienced!!!!! We waited over 5 minutes before anyone came to our table! And it wasnt even our server! Put in our drink order and an order for queso. Waited a few minutes without water or chips. Finally got some chips and they were SOOOO greasy! Finally our server greeted us, and retook our drink and queso order bc it was never put in by the 1st person. When we finally got our drinks and queso, the basket of chips she brought us was obviously the bottom of the basket! Maybe 1 or 2 actual chips, the rest were just broken pieces. She took our order and was gone! Didnt see her again for quite a while. When she and a manager came back by, we asked for new chips and the manager just laughed it off. So now, not only is our queso cold and uneaten, but we dont even have any chips to enjoy. Then our food came out. Food was very good. No problems there. Server finally came by and checked on us. We asked for our check and she immediatly cleared the table! Including our uneaten queso! We could have taken it with us, but she cleared it so quickly we didnt get a chance. We gave her our card for our $62.00 ticket, and she returned with a charge of $92!!!! She had charged the wrong ticket on our card. The manager walked by and we grabbed him again and explained what happened. He apologized and said he would take care of it. When the proper ticket came back, he offered to buy us both a drink if we came back later to the karaoke night they had in the bar! REALLY!!!??? A drink if we came back???? Why would we want to come back? I was so disappointed with the entire experience. The place wasnt that busy and we were still treated so poorly! I worked in the service industry for over 7 years, and know what its like to make a few mistakes and have an off night....but this was terrible! Checked our bank account a little while ago, and not only did the server add $7 dollars to her tip, we were also charged $108 for the 1st ticket they messed up on! SOOO I called up there and asked for the same manager we spoke with last night. Waited almost 10 minutes on hold, finally he got on the phone and I explained the situation. He looked up the transactions and claims that the only thing he saw was the one charge for the amount we said it was supposed to be! He said that in a few days the other charge would disappear and the right one would be fixed. So now we are out $183 for a meal that was suppose to be $64!!! He had an excuse for everything, and terrible attitude and said if I wanted to take it up with corporate than I could, bc he couldnt do anything about it! I asked him to refund our money, and he laughed said no! I have never been treated so rudely and unprofessionally by a manager of a business. I could have gotten better service at McDonalds! I will NEVER eat there again, and will be sharing our experience on every online review site that I can! He should be embarrassed by not only our experience, but they way his staff and he took care of us! Or the lack there of!

Starting with the hostess...she was probably the rudest person Ive ever seen hosting. It pained her to write our name down, then sat us & Im positive she didnt notify a server that we had been seated because nobody came to our table for 20 minutes. We finally flagged somebody down, and then 5 minutes later our waitress came over, took our food & drink order. Ten minutes later we finally received the ever difficult to prepare"ice water & ice tea". 25 minutes later our waitress yelled from about twenty feet away that our food was nearly done. Never experienced this before, usually the waitress comes and asks how you are doing? Do you need another beverage? Not yelling from a distance. Well our food wasnt nearly done, and at this point our glasses needed to be refilled. About 20 minutes later our food arrived, brought by kitchen staff. My wife ordered an entree that had a Guacamole salad because she loves Guac. Well, it arrived with no Guac. So we waited for our waitress to come check on us and if we hadnt flagged down a different waiter wed still be waiting. She finally came, explained that they had run out of Guac. Now most places would tell you when you order that they are out of a key aspect of the entree. 5 minutes later we got our drinks refilled finally, paid and left. Terrible experience, terrible service from the beginning. Others around us also had problems with other wait staff. Out of all the great places on the riverwalk, disappointed we wasted our time at this place. The bathroom also looked like something out of a gang war, graffiti everywhere, and garbage that had not been emptied in weeks. GO EAT SOME PLACE ELSE!!!! If I could give them a lower rating I would.
