Cavo is a nice place but I think its over priced. Their grilled cheese is a plain grilled cheese with a cup of tomato basil soup for $13 ($12.99). I think thats a bit ridiculous for a grilled cheese and soup that doesnt even have meat in either item. $10 would be pushing it but $12 is just insane. A menu reevaluation in regards to pricing should probably be done. They have other menu items that are really great and are cheaper.

I waited and waited for this coffee shop to open because whats better than a cute coffee shop 2 mins away from home. The atmosphere is amazing. Rather nordic (my kind of place). The staff is friendly. If you have been to Siphon you will know that the drinks and food are amazing. And if beer or wine is your thing, they have that too.

Great espresso drinks and creative, tasty food in light-filled comfortable and well-designed atmosphere. Attention to detail is evident and very well done. Insightful, passionate humans working here. April and Jeremy and the rest of the staff really have it down. Will return.

Awesome coffee shop they know their coffee and tea for sure. Also, if youre feeling hungry, you cant go wrong with any of the food on the menu (the Goldie lox is my favorite). If youre reading this dont come here because I want this place to stay my little uncrowded gem.

Nice atmosphere and nice staff :) Cavo has great drinks and food as well. There are plenty of chairs for hanging out and great light from the large window. Parking is available in the garage behind the space and to top it off the bathrooms are clean!!

Its a nice space even though its in an office building. Espresso was perfect. They were pulling Amaya and Heart Coffee on a La Marzocco Strada MP. Didnt have any food but their menu had a bunch of sandwiches and stuff.

It was a bit tricky to find parking at first but its thr garage behind it. I guess it will be harder to get a parking spot during weekend though. Modern vibe with good coffee. Just that I think I like Siphon better!

Upscale coffee shop in a newly opened building with reasonable prices, currently. Good space for working, no outdoor seating, and parking is through a difficult to access garage at the rear of the building complex.

The coffee shop to go to when you want feel especially hipster. Try their siphon if you want a little chemistry/magic too. Also, their bathrooms are quite possibly the best Ive ever had the pleasure to use.

Great food. I went for soft opening and enjoyed breakfast with coffee. Will get much better as the training phase is over. Food is innovated. Can not wait for wine and happy hour food . Good job Caplan.

Great coffee place from the same owner as Siphon Coffee in Montrose. They serve siphon coffee here too. You can also buy whole beans from my favorite roaster, Heart. Their sandwiches are fantastic.
