We ordered cupcakes from Celebrity Bakery in Colleyville, TX for an unborn babys gender reveal party. For those who dont know the idea is that the expecting parents find out the sex of the baby by the color of the icing injected into the cupcake. Blue icing for a boy and pink for a girl and the icing has to be completely hidden inside the cupcake so that the first bite at the party reveals the gender. Well the cupcakes werent ready at the designated pickup time and the baker didnt know how to inject the icing so she walked into the front to ask someone else how to do it with the icing in hand while we were standing at the counter which of course ruined the surprise. Additionally we asked for small cupcakes and were given the large size and they were too dense and tasted like cornbread. Overall pretty poor experience but they did give us a full refund plus store credit in the same amount so good management.

I called ahead to make sure they had chocolate cream pie available for my company luncheon, but when I arrived, I was told it was not ready and was asked to wait 15 minutes. The girl at the front did not apologize or offer to give me a discount for my trouble. She just matter-of-factly told me that what I had originally had been told was not true. I will be surprised if this restaurant stays in business much longer with the poor management they are currently under. The place was virtually empty. Very disappointing for a community like Colleyville. I would expect better.

I feel like there has been a change of ownership. My family and I used to love going here, but my mother and I visited recently and discovered it is much different. Many menu items are gone, the baked goods are noticeably different, and the staff was unapologetic and rude. My mother asked the cashier a question about a former menu item, and the lady completely brushed her off. When our food arrived, I discovered a part of my order was left off. When I asked the lady, she defensively answered, "Its not on the receipt!" Sadly, we wont be returning here.

I have been here many times over the last year. It seems with in the last few months there has been many changes. Over the last few months there seems to be a decline in the food and service. The last three visits my order was wrong and when I asked for my correct plate the staff was horribly rude. My last visit this past week there was no ice or iced tea available (even after we asked the staff for more) and the Dr. Pepper was flat. I love this place for a quick lunch treat, but sadly the service and quality has declined.

Food is excellent. My favorite is the chicken salad sandwich. Manager--Jeff--is excellent at what he does. Needed shower goodies at the spur of the moment and Celebrity Cafe came through with flying colors. Ashley was wonderful. Only place Ive ever visited that offered me a complimentary drink while they boxded up my order. Keep up the good work. I will be back OFTEN :)

Got a few items to go the slice of strawberry cake the Old fashioned cake and a slice of the buttermilk chess pie all excellent now what is not excellent is the customer service it sucks which is what makes the whole experience a place you want to return to. Yall need to teach a customer service 101 course to your employees.

Ive been here several times for lunch which was pretty good. Today I stopped by to pick up a treat for my grandson and bought three cupcakes for $8 and change. Got home and they were too stale to eat. They had to be days old. For a pricey, pretentious cafe in Colleyville this is just unacceptable.

Oh my. Last week I ordered and paid for a fruit bowl and received a cup that was 1/2 full. I asked for my charge to be adjusted and it was not. Today I ordered a fruit cup and told staff I was allergic to strawberry and asked to replace with melon. The bowl received was 1/4 strawberry.

Food was unremarkable, and the atmosphere was terrible. It was terribly noisy at lunch time. The place was packed with ladies enjoying themselves, by which I mean cackling cacophonously, and the tile and glass decor doesnt do anything to knock down that noise.

One of my favorite places. Food is consistent and so good. The iced tea selections are greatness. Beware of the cookie case! If you try one, you will be hooked for life. The Bakery is delightful with a vast array of cookies, cakes, and other desserts.
