First off, if you work for the Goodlettsville Fire Department, they will give you a huge discount off of your food. I found this out by accident one day as my entire order for 4 people was only $10. I was mistakenly given the discount, but tried to correct them and pay full cost. They said it was their fault and wouldnt take the extra money. Second, this place serves a full menu ALL DAY LONG. Foot Long Coney or Bacon Egg and Cheese Toaster with tater tots and an Oreo Blast for breakfast? Go for it! French toast and a breakfast burrito for dinner? You got it! Some places like to claim they have an all day breakfast menu, McDonalds, but its just not true. Over there(McDonalds) you have to choose from a tiny selection of items. Here at Sonic, its anything you want, all day long, no problem!

THIS LOCATION CHARGES FOR REFILLS: I visited this location on 9/6/2011. I visit Sonics regularly and I like their unique menu and the quality of their food. However this location apparently is owned by folks who put profit in front of sticking to company uniformity and fairness to the patrons. They charge for drink refills. It has been my experience that the vast majority of others do not charge. The cost of a large beverage is over 2 dollars at Sonic. I do not mind paying that amount because the ice and quality of their soda is superior. However in my opinion at 2 dollars refills should be free. I hope the people in charge of this particular franchise location reconsider this policy. Sincerely, Mike Ross

Every time I have went to this establishment my order is incorrect. Ask for no items such as lettuce, you still get it. I just ordered a chocolate milkshake and got a cherry cheese cake one. Employees dont care about customers, I once waited 10 minutes at the speaker to have another customer pull up and immediately get service next to me. The speaker wasnt broken. I had to walk in and give my order. I will not come back to this one ever again. The other locations are going downhill too.

My car wouldnt start up after placing my order. While waiting for the AAA person to show...the sweet and caring night staff at Sonic (Goodlettsville TN) came over several times to check on me; offering to help get my car started; and even brought me out a free Rt44 lemonade. They also informed me that if the tow person was not here by Sonics closing time that they would wait with me. The Sunday night crew of 8-7-16 definitely went above and beyond. GOD BLESS!!! Thank you!!!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE BEING GOING HERE FOR AWHILE RECEIVED FOOD LATE ONE NIGHT CALLED BACK TOO COMPLAIN TO THE OWNER JOHN ASSURED ME HE WOULD GIVE ME MY $20 BACK THAT I PURCHASED IN FOOD THAT WAS NOT FRESH WHEN I WENT BACK FOR MY MONEY THE NEXT DAY HE TOLD ME HE WANTED THE OLD FOOD BACK FIRST FOR RRCORD PURPOSES RIDICULOUS. I TOLD JOHN WHAT TRASH DUMPSTER HE COULD FIND IT IN. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER $1 AT SONICS. I BET YOUR SALES WILL CRASH FASTER THAN A PLANE WITH 1 WING!!

Have gone here for years. Good food and service. However, the last two times, including tonight (Sunday at 7:45 p.m.) the service has been abysmally slow. It took nearly ten minutes before they even took my order, even though only about 40% of the bays were occupied. In fact, it took linger to place the order tgan get our fiod. The person delivering the foos was, however, very pleasant.

My total came to $3.05 and I handed the carhop $5 and then a quarter. She said thanks and walked away with my change before I could say anything. I would have gladly given her a tip if given the option. This Sonic must really poorly pay their carhops and force them to do things like this. Wont be visiting this Sonic again.

I work behind Sonic at Kalas Cutz and Colors (shameless plug). The staff at Sonic is always friendly, and they get my food out to me quick as possible. So many selections, and its usually correct when it comes out. When its not they work quickly to fix it at no additional charge. Awesome place with awesome people

Amazing service and life saving! Went in to get a cup of coffee due to having an asthma attack and I didnt have enough to pay for it, they gave me the coffee helping me breathe again. Forever grateful. God bless.
