Didnt even end up ordering from them! New to this town and got their menu in my mail box so I decided to give them a try. Called and was only on the phone for about 1 minute before the lady started being extremely rude to me. Couldnt even understand them half the time, it was horribly loud in the background. And I used to work for Papa Johns so I know how frustrating taking deliveries can be but this was absolutely ridiculous! I couldnt decide what I wanted because at the mall or other places like that you can get 2 entrees of chicken and rice for about 5-7 dollars but this place up charges so much and I didnt want 2 orders of rice but apparently there was no way she could lower the price because I wasnt getting the extra side, which was crazy expensive to begin with. What topped it off is, she kept putting me on hold to take other customers orders even though I was sitting there asking her a question. Also, SAFETY CONCERN with ordering via credit/debit card. While I was on hold I could hear her on the phone with another customer and she was repeating his card information out loud, I could literally hear the numbers she was saying. Luckily for them Im not someone who would take advantage of that situation but if there was someone who would theyd be screwed. Also, I know from first hand you are NEVER supposed to read car info out loud in the store. Then I said to her "can I cancel my order please" because I didnt want to be rude and just hang up but I got no response, she just hung up on me. This was extremely rude. I usually dont leave reviews but this was both rude and a safety concern. Never going to order from them again, dont recommend them at all. Save your aggravation and money and go to Zaxbys down the street.

they are completely nasty, I will never eat there after seeing pictures that my friend took of the way they handled food in the kitchen, she even had video of them cutting up chicken and sliding it off the table into a bucket on the floor and whatever chicken landed on the floor they picked it up and put it in the bucket...there is also video and pictures of cooked food that had fallen onto and dropped and they picked it up and put it in the containers and plates to be served to dine in customers and to delivery orders....how nasty they have boxes of cooked chicken sitting out and not covered up and the back door opened to where dirt/bugs come in. one time the owner was picking out little black bugs from the rice and then served the rice to customers....I wasnt aware of this kind of things going on but after seeing the pics and the videos...OMG!!!! how nasty! Im reporting this! and you should have seen the video and pictures of their sweet little girl, how they abused her, from what I hear the State came and removed her and placed her in foster care because of the abuse and the marks on this poor child....how sad

Update May 2017: Still great. Its been 4 years since I began ordering from Chopsticks. I travel a lot for work so delivery happens very frequently. In 2015 I ordered from them at minimum 3 (cough..more) times a month. Last year and now, it has slowed down but still monthly. Keeping my embarrassing number of deliveries Ive made in mind: -Every single time Ive received hot, and fresh food. -Not once has my order been wrong. -Delivery time is always either fast or reasonable -The food is ahhhhhhmazing. Ive grown to love their sushi even more than before. Their General Tsos Tofu is my honest-to-god comfort food. -Ive had one single incident happen with a rude driver a few years back but a manager took care of it immediately. That track record is amazing. I truly do not understand the negative reviews. Previous review (years back) My go-to sushi when I dont want to go to a restaurant. It taste as good as delivery sushi gets. The Ft. Campbell location is awful but the Wilma Rudolph location is better and managed well.

this is literally the only place i trust to deliver my sushi. (this location specifically, it has more options and it always tastes better) i have no idea what all these low reviews are about, its cheap for so much, i order like once a month and have never gotten food poisoning. the worst thing i can say about this place is that it takes a bit to get to my house, but i am totally okay with that because i know it means its being made fresh and isnt a day old container being warmed up, not to mention my neighborhood is a maze. but yeah, if you like chinese this is definitely the place. Glory.

Really Disappointing. Food was good, but it was really overpriced for the small portions. My wife and I ordered pickup for two and we paid 28.00. We didnt even receive a California roll that we had paid $5 for. I called the restaurant about the mistake and was placed on hold for about 5 minutes. I asked if they could bring it to me or have it credited to the next order. I honestly wasnt exceptional customer service by them delivering the missed food, but I was hoping they might prove me wrong. Ill stop by to pick up my already paid for California roll but that will be my last visit.

Chopsticks (by Sonic) I do not know what it is about the General Tsos but it give me diarrhea every time. At first, I thought it was because we were drinking with our food. However, nope three times in a row. The chicken is routinely overcooked and the sauces lack flavor. Delivery takes ages, and the delivery personnel copped an attitude with me because there is no cross street here. (I live in an apartment complex.) I would definitely beware. On a positive note, the pot lickers and egg rolls are delicious! Probably because they are heat and serve.

The food was very underwhelming. Fried rice had almost no flavor. General Tso chicken was way too sweet with no detectable spice and was oversauced. The wonton for the fried crab rangoon was mushy instead of crispy and they were overfilled, making a mess when Id bite into them. Filling tasted like it was just cream cheese - no crab or other flavors were present. The wonton for the eggroll was still a bit mushy but not as bad as the rangoon. Overall, there were few redeeming factors and I dont think Ill be ordering from this restaurant again.

Messed up not one but two orders. I understand every place has their bad moments but when you have to wait over 45 minutes for a to go order only to find out when you get home that they messed up your order and have to drive back for them to fix it. They agreed to "fix" their mistake. 20 minutes later they bring out the "corrected" food. Just kidding. THE SAME PROBLEM. Then they say its our problem and refuse to give us a refund or something as a replacement. GO ELSE WHERE. We will be from now on.

Food was absolutely horrible. Called to let them know and the guy was very rude to me. He just kept repeating we cook all our food the same way every time. Then said Ill give you 20% off your next visit, I told him I dont plan on coming again. He was very rude and said well I dont know what to tell you bye. And hung up on me. Called back to speak to a manager and they give me this guy again. Ask him for the owner and he says that he is the owner. Worst customer experience ever.
