Wife and I wanted something a bit more "adult" after spending the afternoon at the zoo,and no we dont have kids. Found this place up the hill about three blocks away. Was a laid back atmosphere with a open patio area in front. Very happy with the food and the owner made herself very attentive and was very concerned with the quality of our experience. I would strongly recommend that you check this place out, its not out of the question when you have kids but it is still a bar and some adults like places like this to escape from the "family scene".

This is a great bar/restaurant to head to in Morningside, if youre looking to get away from Shadyside, E Liberty, or Larryville. The drink selection is plentiful, with great prices to boot. The has done a really good job at keeping the old vibes, but updating the drinks and quality of food! Highly recommended.

Im a restaurant professional of 17 years and this bar is absolutely great. The staff are wonderful and make you feel at home. Great food to go with great drinks and great prices. I couldnt ask for a better neighborhood bar to go to!

Friendly local bar with good food and good beer selection. If you dont like beer, you may have a harder time finding an alcoholic beverage. The food is good. Im pretty sure everything is house-made, no obvious frozen shortcuts here.

Great food at a reasonable price. Also - 50 cent wing Wednesday! I recommend their loaded fries and the Louis VIV beef sandwich. Their buff chick wrap was also INSANE that my friend got. Cool neighborhood chill vibe.
