Fourteen of us ate at Orchards on May 12th. My husband and I had never been to the restaurant but it had been highly recommended by others in our group and by one of my co-workers. Upon arriving the first thing we noticed was the restaurant was extremely dark as we walked to our private room. Thank goodness it was bright because it was very hard to see in the other part of the restaurant. Our waiter was pleasant enough but the service was extremely slow. The restaurant hardly had any other customers so the service really should have been better. We probably had our orders in by 6:30 and it was 7:30 until the main courses were served. When the orders were served we had to wait on our side dishes, (baked potatoes, etc.) Not acceptable! Also, my husband and one of the other men ordered the Filet Mignon. My husband ordered his medium rare and our friend ordered his medium well. Both of their steaks came out over cooked. The medium rare came out medium well or worse and the other one came out almost well done. My husband sent his back because it was not what he ordered. So, now everyone else had their dinner and were eating so the waiter brought out a baked potato for my husband while his steak was "being prepared personally by the chef". The second steak was better but not exactly medium rare. No mention was ever made of adjusting our bill for the mistake and my husband and I spent almost $90 as did almost everyone else. When we left my husband made the comment that he was not in a hurry to return and to be honest the steaks that he gets at Ryans Restaurant are actually better. My stuffed shrimp was very good but overall I think the meals are WAY OVERPRICED.

DO NOT WASTE your time at this restaurant! Waited over an hour tonight for our dinner! When I asked our waiter, who was non exsistent through the meal, if we were going to be charged gratuity (he said no). When the bill came we had been charged $20 for gratuity. I understand when you have a party of 6 or more (we had 6)...restaurants can charge gratuity. However, when horrible service is given, this is usually not the case. When I asked our server why he charged us, he said the owner told him to. I then asked to speak to the owner and he refused to come out and speak with me. He sent a 16 year old out to talk to me, who said he was one of the owners. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere, ANYWHERE else to eat and save yourself headache!!!!

I visited Relax Lounge a few weeks ago in which I ordered a few drinks with friends. The specials were good although the waitress took forever to return and messed up my bill not once but twice! I was charged two separate charges to my account additional to my actual bill. When I called to speak to a manager about the mistake I was told I would be called back...that never happened. I attempted to call a second time and was told yet again that I would be called back and still have not received a call!! Thanks to my bank I was explained what the issue was and it was fixed and thanks to Relax for doing nothing to assist your customers when I simply wanted an explanation as to why the charges were made!! Two thumbs down and one less customer!!!

I am surprised that nobody has mentioned about the Clorox bleach smell that permeates throughout the bar area. How is someone supposed to enjoy a drink and food when they can’t even smell or taste it because of the intense bleach smell? My friends and I hardly ever go to Relax Lounge, this is one of the many reasons for me to not go back. In the past, we have experienced poor service with long waits, slippery floors, and food that didn’t have the flavor as described on the menu.This time it was Cajun Popcorn Shrimp that had NO Cajun flavor what-so ever along with a bland horseradish tartar sauce. I guess having flavor would be exciting and not ‘relax’ing!

I used to be a regular patron of relax, but the ownership has cultivated a culture of fighting and violence. An off-duty bouncer tried to start a fight with a table next to me, and the staff escorted the members of the table out and allowed the perpetrator to stay. I feel very uncomfortable at Relax and will not be going back. I advise anyone who dislikes bar-room brawls to stay away!

Awesome grab legs! Been goin here for years and years. It is a restaurant that serves thousands of people weekly. They do mess up sometimes. As does any restaurant . But the owners do try and make it right. I have no complaints about this place and i recommend this place to people all the time.

Slow service that ended up moving up bills at our table And between tables! Over priced drinks for as small as the glasses used to serve mixed drinks. Of the 6 tables in the relax lounge, ours And the patron table to us were uneven and wobbled about. QUITE unimpressed.

I was there for $2 drinks so I cant contribute to price but the drinks were good and the food was also good. Bartenders werent too chatty or friendly but thats not why Im there.
