My family and I usually eat from this restaurant once or twice a month. Our bill normally runs close to 70$ since it is 5 of us. Today I called to place an order for just two of us. I called at 7:21 while my fiance was in the store, and was told that it will be 15 minutes. When my fiance got in the car, she said she didnt want chinese tonight, so I called the restaurant back 6 minutes after my initial call to cancel what I ordered for my fiance only. I was told that I could not do that and the food was ready to be picked up. I was appalled at being told that I couldnt cancel my order, but nonetheless I remained calm and told her that I only want half of the meal. However she began to over talk me and tell me that I have to get all of it and that I am wasting food and I need to come get it. At this point I am beyond livid and I advised her that she was being very rude and I no longer want any of it and that I will never visit her establishment again and ended the call. About five minutes later she calls me and says that she never wants my business again. I hung up. She called right back from a different number to repeat that she does not want my business anymore, I responded to her by letting her know I already told her that I would not visit her establishment again and to never call my phone again or I will call the police for harassment. Ill be damned if she didnt call me back again! I answered the phone by saying Im calling the police, she said go ahead I already called them and you cant come back to my store. I hung up and called the police. What part of business and customer service is this? Please be aware of this if you ever cancel an order or in my case, a portion of it. But I must say, the food is great!

This place HAD the best food about 7 -8 years ago, and then the business was taken over our bought by current owners. ..biggest MISTAKE EVER!! My family and I used to eat her faithfully every weekend and sometimes during the week, the food USED TO BE very tasty...not anymore, the food is DISGUSTING, save your $$ and buy elsewhere. The previous owners used to continue cooking there even well after they sold it ... I certainly wish this were still the case. Sad to say weve stopped ordering here, too many bad food experiences. ..sad to see what was once a place that HAD the best Chinese food, become one whose entrees are truly undesirable and downright disgusting. Wish previous owners wouldve shown these owners how good Chinese food is cooked.

They need to fix a problem that sends the website order to the order taker at the store. I had in the special instructions section NO ONIONS and my order was for Pepper Steak with tomato. I got my order with onions (at least 1/2 the quart of food was onion) and had no tomatoes at all. There was also another General Comments field on the website where I again asked for no onions. I order from Wing Hing whenever I get chinese food, but usually call in my order. Its always correct when I call it in, but this was first time I used the website and it was the first time the order was not right. I like the convience of ordering on line, but I also like getting the right order. So I guess I wont be using the website again

Their Wor Wonton is the best in Delaware county! One of the best cures for when your throat is sore too. 2/14/2017 Unfortunately, since my original review, they seem to have changed ownership and quality has deteriorated. The coconut shrimp used to be a beautiful, white, thick creamy sauce over the shrimp and now its a urine yellow colored shrimp with barely any sauce on it. The sauce that is on it, doesnt look very tempting either. Huge disappointment. Also, the quality of the wor wonton soup has gone down as well. They swear that the havent changed recipes, so I can only assume that they changed cooks... Ive found chicken bones in items that dont even have chicken in them.

I have been ordering & dining in Wing Hing for years. Was given a gift card which they will not honor. Apparently they have new gift card system & do not have card readers any longer. I have tried several time speaking in person & on phone to the staff but they said "Its not their problem." They have their money already guess they are not worried about customer service. Will not be dining in/ordering from there ever again.

We normally pick up from this place and the food is ok, not great, but ok. However, after a long drive home from vacation, we decided to have it delivered. Food finally came after almost 2 hours. By then we already made other plans to eat. The unfortunate drive was complaining about how the owner makes has him drive far and wide because of the owners greed. Wish a quality Chinese food joint would open up near by.

Hit or miss. When the food is fresh, it is delicious. It gets busy from time to time, yet "15 minutes" seems to be the standard answer as the take-out line builds up at the front door. Never had any problems with incorrect orders or slow delivery. Dining room: decor is cliche, but it is clean. The menu is pretty extensive.

What a bunch of creeps. They gave me the wrong order, then wanted me to come back and pick up the corrected order. I asked them to send the right order to my house, and they gave me a hard time about it. Then when they finally brought the correct order to my house, they wanted me to pay again for the right order. Wow.

i was eating my veg fried rice when i felt something odd in my mouth. i spit it out to find a small piece of metal in my rice in my mouth flat, the size of an eraser on a pencil. gross. maybe part of a can lid? it had a small brown spot on the back of the metal 11-15-12 9:30pm

If you dont want to spend the money at Margaret Kuos, this is definitely the place to go. I love the food here. The Szechuan Bean Curd is the best around and were also big fans of the Chinese Chicken with Mushroom and Bamboo Shoot and anything Moo Shu.

Ordered orange chicken, pork fried rice and chicken with broccoli all 3 were absolutely disgusting and the delivery driver got lost on his way to my house. I will never order from wing hing again I bet their garbage taste better than their food

Always great food. Delivery is quick and orders are correct. Their boneless spare ribs rock my world. Fried Port dumplings are great as well. General Tsos is as good as can be expected. Highly recommended!

It was a great experience went here twice both times were nice and relaxing they bring you tea even if you didnt ask and their food is sooo fresh it wont go bad if you leave it out over night

Ive been eating here and taking out from here for 10+ years and theyve never let me down. Ive tried all the food and approve. Only other chinese Ill eat around here is Margaret Quos.
