3256 Gateway St, Springfield location. Got my favorite Dutch Bros drink, Carmalizer. Absolutely the worst Ive had. Would have taken it back if it was cooled down enough before we were on I5 before I was able to take a sip. Espresso was burnt, milk was scolded too hot it had floaters. Just overall worst quality Dutch Bros drink. Not what I had In mind for my last Dutch Bros drink before leaving Oregon.

Great service and good coffee. Our first time here, stopped in to check out what all the hype was about, we will definitely be back. It was busy but they got us in and out faster than most drive thru coffee places and the staff seemed very happy and was friendly and all smiles. Thank you for a lovely experience!

Went to help me get through a long night of driving and the idiots forgot my coffee and flavoring in the latte I ordered. I drove away with nothing but steamed milk! Dont expect any caffeine from these jerks!

Awesome. The drinks are really tasty, and the workers are always so nice! Quick service too! 2 drive thrus helps. Never a bad experience here. I definitely prefer a small place like this over Starbucks.
