Just cause they accidentally made one mistake it isnt a bad place wow. Just ask for a fix and give them a chance. Last night the girl made a small mistake and I didnt B about it and forget them forever cause of it. I asked for a replacement and thats it. This is one of my favorite coffee shops including 3 others. I try to come here as much as possible. I love the people, the service, the coffee is fan freaken tastic. They have so many selections. Theyre well organized. Can make drinks off menu if asked. The best ever! You guys rock!

Today was my first and last visit to this coffee company. I ordered an iced green tea and the cup was 3/4 full of ice; 1/4 full of tea. We drove back to ask for a refill or some sort of compensation and were told that the cups are filled 1/2 full of ice and 1/2 full of drink and we couldnt have a refill or refund. We were told this while showing her the cup and the amount of ice. We also took a picture. So long Gold Rush! Theres plenty of competition in this town with better customer service!

I go here a lot and like the place, but how hard would it be to not manhandle my straw every time I order a drink. Very unhygienic how they touch your bare straw with bare hands each time they hand a drink.

Goldrush is the best place Ive ever been to, the coffee is like gods liquid and the staff are his hot mama angels!!!! Honestly goldrush is the best place to take yourself and your friends and family!!!

Pulled up, pleasantly surprised by big welcoming smiles by the two pleasantly present baristas. Americano perfectly made and a happy customer obtained. Thanks for warm service yall.
