BEWARE: Credit Card Thieves I used to live in the area but no longer live near Ohio. I recently traveled back to Mansfield to visit family. Typically, while in town I will pick up a gift card to a local restaurant for a gift to family, which I did at this restaurant on 26 July 15. This was the only l place that I used this credit card in my entire trip in Ohio. On 31 Aug my CC was used in two locations in Ohio. Thankfully, my CC company caught it and called for fraudulent charges to confirm. They stated this wait period is a common tactic of thieves so it would be difficult to trace where the CC information was stolen. If you live local to Mansfield and they stole your CC info, you would never suspect the fine folks at Old Bag of Nails 5 weeks later to have taken your CC Info. I was directed to the bar to purchase the gift card, the female behind the bar said shed have to take get the manager to finish the transaction, She took my CC to the back and several minutes later I was presented with my cc, a gift card and receipt to sign. Server 312 AM Bar was the server on my receipt. Stay Away from this place

Old Bag of Nails is one of my favorite restaurants. The food is consistently delicious and I love the rotating selection of craft beers on draught. One of the main things I really appreciate is that although they do offer a changing selection of daily specials, the main menu rarely changes so I can both expect to find old favorites every time I visit, or try something new which I have considered often but just hadnt gotten around to trying. That is perhaps their biggest downfall. Everything that I try there becomes a new favorite, so I have a hard time deciding which delicious meal I want on any given day. Favorites of mine include the all-you-can-eat fish & chips, the lobster bisque soup, and the deep-fried dill pickles. Their chicken wings are the best of anyplace Ive tried, but Im not a big wing eater so your tastes may vary.

It was the worst experience Ive ever had in a restaurant. Me and my fiance and 1year old went in for dinner. Before we seat down I ask for a high chair for my baby they never bring me one. Dont not get a waitress for about 10minutes no drinks no. Then a group came in 20mins after we did they got drinks before us. He came an took r drink orders but never got me the high chair I asked again for one never came with one so I had to hold my child on my lap.took for ever to bring us r food we took it to go. Bring us the check before we could see r food. Food us so bad over cooked fries was cold did not get my baby food at all. Will never go back there ever again.

A nice place to get a drink and a bite to eat.They do a great job at rotating a list 10 (or so) craft beers, that can range from tried-and true-favorites to adventurous. The rotating craft beer list is easily my favorite part about this place, really sets it apart from other bars in the area. It keeps the experience here fresh. Honestly, most of the food is just "ok". The burgers are good so thats what I always get. But Id probably give this place 5 stars if the food improve a bit. The atmosphere is nice. There is a balcony that is nice in the warmer seasons. Services is good.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had in a long time. We sat at our table for 15 minutes before anyone came to take our drink order, my wife and I ordered the all you can eat soup and salad. After our first bowls of soup, we asked for a second and was told that they were out of both the potato soup and the clam chowder. When our bill came it was wrong. When we asked the waitress to correct the problems, she snatched the bill from my wife and stormed off while mumbling "Jesus" under her breath. Astonishing! I will not be going back to Old Bag of Nails.

"The OlBag" is another place that could be great but lacks in several areas. First off, the service is terrible. It never fails that when I go there that I am disappointed by the service in general. Usually you have to ask for something four or five times before you get it. Why is almost every restaurant in Mansfield have horrible service? I dont experience this in Columbus. They do have 1/2 price on appetizers and drinks during the week so I cant fault them completely. The spicy mussels are great, the fish is okay, and the other seafood is crap.

Horrible experience ! First time I have been there, and I wont go back ! My cousin has cancer and a bunch of us met there, they acted like we were a pain in the butt, the one girl was very rude , the fish was tasteless, they forgot my salad but charged me for it, very slow and hardly ever saw our waitress, lots of dirty dishes piled on our table, and when she came back to check on us she didnt even take any with her...REALLY !if ppl like their fish, then they obviously have never had good fish, that was 20 bux I shoulda just thrown away.

Love it there. I love salmon, and order it rare, blackened. They serve it perfectly every time! The burgers are great, and everything else weve tried is yummy. We always eat around the bar and receive outstanding service from Michelle and Cheola. They are so friendly, funny, and spot on all the time. They remember everyones drinks and have them waiting for you before you even sit down. These two work really well together and keep the crowd on our side of the bar smiling, if not laughing out loud. Feels like home.

We were seated and told that "Nicole" would be right with us. We were soon addressed by a young man who took our order. He mightve been Nicole. He wore no nametag and never introduced himself. He took our order without writing anything down. Which would be impressive except he screwed up every persons order in our party of 3 people. I see now that his name is Norman. It was printed on my check...which he handed me with a tattoo-covered hand that held a single cigarette and Bic lighter. The food was fair.

Walk in from YMCA, for a bite, walked in back door, servers were talking, gave me a dirty look, made a statement, Im in the wrong place, Dominoes is over there. Was seated took awhile. Service took even longer. Food was terrible, surprised by the way the salad was served warm, and the soup barely warmed, I didnt get food poisoning. Not to mention the smell and the table, floor were real dirty. Needs OSHA TO COME IN. I am a GM at another restaurant.
