The food was decent, and used to be a repeat customer until tonight. They delivered our order at 9:00pm and forgot our 2 liter. The store said they would send it out right away, we waited till after 10pm and the 2 liter was still MIA. Keep in mind they had already been here once. At 10:10 we called the store again and was told that he was working his way to us, even though he had been here once already and it was not our fault our order was not delivered correctly. At 10:20 we get a call from the driver supposedly saying that he was finally on his way and I told him to never mind just take it off our bill. He told us he couldnt. I called the store and told them to take it off our bill, and was told if they do that then we will be placed on a do not deliver list. We were repeat customers never had a problem or complaint. Got tired of waiting for them to work our way to us again so they could correct a problem that they caused. If they were serious about customer service, the damn 2 liter would have been delivered before he began delivering the new deliveries since they had our money already. They do not have to worry about adding us to a do not deliver list cause we wont be calling back again ever. They are the only company that delivers in this area so they believe they can treat their customers whatever way they want to since most people do not have cars or licenses and rely on the delivery aspect with no other competing businesses. Well we do have a car and the ability to drive it legally so we will be going elsewhere. I could have walked there and back again in 30 minutes so this mistake should have taken less than 30 minutes to fix if they cared about the customers that they serve. Why care about customers when you have too many to serve anyway, this company will never change until someone else delivers in the area. Once someone else does this company will sink like the bottom feeders they are!

I ordered from this pizza place 10 years ago and the driver got mad because I asked him what took an hour and 15 but I was very polite about it he went into a rage and drove up in my yard and on the sidewalk and now at this day and age I gave them another because a friend works there I ordered thewings and some other items 5 nights and four nights it was okay but the wings were very yummy yummy to me but on the 5th night I ordered them the wings were not nowhere near done one of the chicken legs was so big it looks like a whole chicken and theyre supposed to be drumettes but they were closing so I did not get a chance to call to the following evening I saved the wings and of course I did not eat them I called the next night try to explain to them but I like their wings and I have these ones saved the man answer the phone was very rude improper English and told me he did not give his name out in that neighborhood well why would you have a business in such a unsafe neighborhood not only that youre afraid to give your name out but what are you doing to upset people so bad that you are afraid to give your name out not to mention you expect your customers to pick food up in an area that you are afraid of but the man told me too bad they dont have computers and the next time I should order earlier if I want something replaced before their closing I guess considering what I went through 10 years goes to prove people that have no common sense have a hard time breaking old habits please dont order from there because right is right and wrong is wrong and I promise you I was very nice to the man and it would be sad for you to have to experience it as well

*UPDATE* So I told the delivery guy about the person on the phone and that I wanted a refund. The delivery guy tells me that the guy on the phone was the owner. The OWNER! About 20 minutes later I get call from the childish owner. He says "I voided your credit card and put you on the do not deliver list. You will never get a pizza from us again." Fantastic customer service right there. Thanks for doing me a favor. *End of Update* Rudest place Ive ever called. The guy on the phone doesnt care at all and rushes you, I had to stop him from hanging up the phone to tell him that Im paying with card. Then he yells at me "STOP! YOUR PHONE IS BREAKING UP" then he walks away from the phone and I can hear him speaking to one of his employees "this guy is really P***ing me off. You already have a sausage pizza made? Dont make another one" So I guess my pizza wont be fresh. Guess what, the Aldis down the street has take and bake 14 pizzas for $5. Im just going to put a couple of those in my fridge for the next time I want late night pizza. Im going to get a refund for this old pizza that they delivered me one way or another. And I guess I should mention, fresh pizza or not, the crust tastes like cardboard. Order from another pizza shop. Theyre slow, rude, nasty, and theyre really not competitively priced once they add on their delivery fee. $15 for 1 large pizza that tastes like garbage, no thanks.

The subs are good pizza not so much. The pizza has gotten a little less oilie and i think the sauce has changed sents the last time I deared to get a pizza from there. The ppl that work nights are so f.....ing rude. The drivers r ok but the ppl that take the orders are such assholes. They never ask for u to please anything let a loon hold and if u r not ready 100% they well get mouthy and even hang up on u. Iv never called for a delivery and been told that they rather u just come get it because they r in no herry and will get to my order when they are good and ready or when they feel like it. That was what I thought was a jock but 3 and a half hours later and two calls back had to just make my son and husband a tv dinner and they steel never showed that night. It was just to crazy to believe. Though I have never had any problems for the day ppl yet. Knock on wood lol.... Iv had crazier things happen. I just wish there was some other pizza place that was open later. I truly believe that is over half the reason that they are still in business this long and hell beer is most of that. But longer story shorter great subs, ok pizza, long hours, and extremely rude service i guess makes for a long lasting business. .... Ill have to remember that in case i want to open a bad pizza place. ... So i gave it only one star.....

Im shocked this place is still in business! Now I finally begin reading the reviews and see why I should have stayed away in the first place. I have ordered from them a few times and EVERY TIME its a hassle. Tonight it was, "We are short on drivers so we cant delived to the Victorian Village". REALLY?!?! The girl who took the call told me that they "do me a favor by delivering way over here." Youve got to be kidding me right? I asked if this is family owned or corporately and her response was "family owned why do you care?" Again, shocked! I have never wished a business would close but this place, I would probably celebrate when it does! Theres no doubt it will! Of course then again, a place that sells pizza for 6 dollars a piece must be generating one heck of a cash flow! If I owned or worked for this business, I would be completely embarrassed! Spend a few more dollars and take your business somewhere else. Thats exactly what I do and everyone I know who once spent any money with this dump!
