So I was in on today, 11/5/2015 and ordered my food. While it was good as always.. Something happened that I find appalling. The lady behind me ordered a sandwich. When the guy went to place it on the belt warmer or whatever.. it fell in the trash. He removed it from the trash and placed it back on the belt, when she questioned him about it he said "Really? It fell on a bag!" she mentioned that it was in the trash.. which he replied "Do you want it or not" This is so far beyond wrong... I does not matter what it fell on in the trash.. it fell in the trash, end of story. It does NOT go back out to be served. I would like to add. The food here is VERY good. But this guys actions.. leaves a very very very bad impression on me.

Not sure what Lewis McLongJohn is talking about when he mentions curry... did you write a review for the wrong restaurant? Besides that, the breakfast burritos are great. I have never had a problem with the service. I would have rated 4 1/2 stars but my rating is because their bagels are more "bready" than "chewy". A good bagel thats been prepared correctly (boiled then baked) should have more of a chew factor to it, but thats just my personal preference.

This is one of my favorite places to grab lunch. They have a wide selection of wraps, sandwiches, and salads to choose from along with a daily soup. My favorite wraps are the chicken salad deluxe and the buffalo chicken. They are also very reasonable prices for the location.

Good salads and sandwiches made to order with fresh ingredients. Good local baked goods and coffee (seriously for my money skip Starbucks and come here for staufs). Limited seating made worse by some guy that buys soup every day and sits at a 6- top by himself.

I am really impressed with the customer service. My order was made incorrectly and I called down spoke with the owner not only did he replace my order he brought it to my office personally. A++ in my book

Its hard to find restaurant that meets taste and gives you exactly what you had in mind. Broad street deli was a unique and awesome experience. Its a gem in downtown.
