If we are talking food quality, 4-5 stars hands down. I love the food and atmosphere here. The service has always been pretty good too, and the prices are very fair. However, my most recent experience turned me off slightly. I was hoping to order carry-out, as they do have that option available. I called on a Thursday or Friday evening, not sure which, but was advised they were not currently accepting carryout orders and to try back in another hour. I asked the girl that answered if there are specific days and times they do not accept takeout orders and she stated no, its at their discretion. There were "alot of tickets up", meaning a lot of dine-in patrons waiting for their meals. Understandably, this scenario must happen at EVERY restaurant that offers a carryout service, but clearly these other restauraunts just put the carryout ticket at the end of the line and just continue going in order, right? I would completely understand waiting that hour before going to pick up my food, if thats how long it would take before theyd be finished preparing it. But to not even be willing to take my order and say I can TRY calling back in an hour? I definitely wasnt going to gamble on the hope theyd have slowed down enough to take my order in another hour so I opted for dinner elsewhere. I suppose they shouldnt offer a carryout service if they cant fulfill that service.

I consider myself a Burger enthusiast. Everywhere I got from North Carolina to Chicago I am in constant search for a truely amazing burger and I cant begin to say how thrilled I am to find one so close to my home. I will gladly drive from Kent to here at least once a week because the burgers are just that good. I get the bacon egg and cheese burger and I am very specific how I like it. I ask for egg over hard and burger medium rare and it never fails to come out exactly how I ordered it. I would highly highly recommed coming here for burgers. I have brought many a friend here to try them out and I will continue to do so.

We recently held a rehearsal dinner at Bricco downtown Akron. I cannot say enough about the wonderful service that we received. While planning, they made this the easiest and best experience I could have imagined. We had 40 guests and all were so very please with the evening. The food was fantastic from the appetizers to the lovely desserts that were provided. I normally love the food there so I knew that it was a good choice to have the dinner there, but really had no idea how smoothly it would go. Thanks to everyone at Bricco for making this so special! :)

We had high expectations after reading such positive reviews but our experience was not so great. To start, the water tastes like it was scooped out of a metal bucket. The service was beyond slow with little to no refills offered for soda or beer although we waited for food for 72 minutes before walking out. Dont get me wrong, everyone was nice enough but between the wait and the fact that everything was tainted with the bad water taste, we opted to pass. I dont doubt that perhaps another night may bring others a better experience.

Good quality food and drink options, similar quality to the downtown Bricco location, just different style. Less upscale than downtown, but more upscale than most of the other bars and restaurants in Merriman Valley. In my opinion prices are a little more than what I would expect, but everything is very good. Location is awesome. Its right on the border of Cuyahoga Valley National Park, but still only a 10 minute drive from downtown Akron.

I have no complaints about Bricco! One of my favorite places in the valley, because it is a step up from all the valley bars. More sophisticated than the other bars in the area. Decently priced, and everything I have tried on the menu is fantastic. Their nachos are great, as are their burgers. They have really good goat cheese marinara dip and the pita chips that go with it are wonderful. Great beers on draft too, good variety.

First I ordered salmon & rice which was okay. However by the third bite I noticed a long strand of hair in it. I was attending a company luncheon and didnt want to disgust anyone else and choose another entree. I tried the steak with rosemary fries & grilled vegetables. The second order was absolutely unpleasant to taste. Very disappointed with the food both times.

Ive been to Pub Bricco a lot, I live less than 5 min away which is awesome! The food is good, decently priced and I like the "build your own sandwich" selection. But the best part is I can get a really good manhattan for less than $6, like heck yeah! So consensus is I will miss Pub Bricco when I move in a few months, but not to much because Ill still be back!

Just recently brought a party of about 20 in on a weekend with an 8-hour phone call notice and the place was VERY Accommodating. Excellent servers and fine, quality food made our experience very enjoyable. Good beer selection and a classy atmosphere. Highly recommended if youre looking for more than the rest of the local "College" Bars in The Valley area.

Up until last night Pub Bricco was always a recommendation. The service was beyond slow and they were not as packed as Ive seen it before and my food was cold and under seasoned. I hope my next visit is better as the only reason it still has 3 stars is from previous experiences.

Try the house made veggie burger..... But both types of house made chips (regular and sweat potato) are to die for. We go often and the food and service are always good to excellent. Can be crowded on weekend neighbor but waits have never been long.

Possibly the best Reubens sandwich I have ever had, and I like to try them everywhere I go! Went with a group of 7, and everything we ordered was above average or better. Going to stop by from now on whenever we make it out to see a show at Blossom!

After a motorcycle ride through the Cuyahoga Valley National this is always our place to stop for great food !!!! Love the goat cheese appetizer, and an awesome burger !!! Nice friendly servers and just a wonderful place to be on a beautiful day !!!

OMG THE FOOD IS SO GOOD. The atmosphere is good too, but it is so expensive! The price of the sammich seems okay, til you realize it doesnt include any sides. Still this is some of the best food around, and it wont cost you near as much as Moes.

weve always seen a great selection of wine, beer, and seasonal food items. love the atmosphere and having jazz on Wednesdays and the Nine Too Fragile theater available on weekends makes for a great alternative option for entertainment.

Delicious!!! I had the Diablo mussels appetizer as my meal as well as the spinach salad with bacon as my appetizer. Everything was incredibly delicious and portions were well-sized. Staff was very friendly and prompt. A definite recommend.

Only OK. Went here a few weeks ago. Service, food, atmosphere- everything was meh. Not a particularly bad experience, just not one Id want to repeat. Too many other great restaurants to go to in order to spend more time and money here.
