The most rediculous thing I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The entire ordeal, jade was extremely rude and threatened me, I have a food allergy to msg. They now have new management, so I called to confirm they still dont use it in their product. Turns out its in everything, and their solution to my 36.58 delivery before tip, is for me to bring my food back to them for them to reimburse my card for the purchase. My mother is now in the hospital waiting room, and I was declined even the name of the manager I was speaking to, when he so rudely gave the phone away to someone else and ended our conversation. My attourney will contact you all in the morning. I strongly recommend not dealing with these people, as they have extremely poor taste on fixing mistakes even when on their end.

I repeated my order 5 times on the phone. However, the dispatcher seemed new and very confused. She got everything all wrong. They delivered the incorrect menu items and sizes. The customer service was a nightmare! When I called to inform #1 Chinese of their mistakes they refused to re-deliver the correct items, and said I would have to make a new order and pay full price all over again. I refuse to pay them TWICE. Great Job #1 Chinese, you just lost a customer forever because of your nasty management.

Ordered the Hibachi steak... medium rare... large size. When it came, it looked like soup in the container, veggies were soggy, steak was like rubber and I contacted back to the store and was told no refund and that it was cooked like it was supposed to. "Jenny" who answered the phone told me that it looked right, which how in the world does she know. Would not let me talk to the MGR and told me no refund. NEVER WILL I EVER ORDER THIS MESS from this pig slop place again!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Terrible service and terrible food! My roommate and I ordered food and she found a bug in her food. We called the restaurant to return all of the food but they didnt want to refund us all of our money. They suggested that we put the bug in the food and that we were bad people. They then threatened to call the police on us and cursed at us.. ultimately, we were refunded our money (after threatening to call the health department that is.) Never will I ever order from this restaurant again!

Ordered a few times, was OK. But this time the order was wrong but not a big deal, the issue a side of Lo mein we ordered and I could tell something was off from the smell. After tasting it I was right, not how to describe except it was like they cooked it in toilet water. Call and was told it was fine it tastes same every day. Weve had it a few times and never tasted like that. Sadly the only thing I really liked about that place was the eggrolls but that was changed too.

Ive never had take out General Tsos CHICKEN that had such a Bad smell once I got it in my car and then to my residence to eat. After a few bites I had to think to myself "Is this even Real chicken?" Then threw it out. The only good thing was the white rice! Ive had their House Lo mein before and that was good, as to why Ill give 2 stars vice 1. Dont think Ill be back though.

Nasty!!!!!! Didnt even eat chicken was so old and dry tha only thing u could eat was tha rice and my son ate that cuz that was supper and they were close after they bring it to my house. Called the next day caz i still got tha food they told me i could get my money back. Nowhere does it say no refund im very pissed called tha health department hope they get closed down.

Absolutely horrible service! They are more than rude! When they umwillingly came to deliver my food. He threw the bags, snatched some back, and drove off. Please dont waste your time or money with this horrible horrible establishment who doesnt know the importance of good customer service.

It smelled awful in the restaurant. It smelled of moth balls and mildew. I stood up front for 15 minutes and all I wanted to order was an egg roll the lady then starts answering the phone while Im trying to order. Just nasty unsanitary place.

the worst Chinese restaurant in winston-salem. I ordered shrimp fried rice they brought me pork fried rice with shrimp in it and then when I brought it back they argue with me and did not want to give me my money back
