We usually come once a month me and my wife and kids and today I just had to write about it 12/4/16 they are always fast, great service, and tasty but today is not that story it seems like the food we ordered was sitting awhile and they put it back in the microwave to reheat it I ordered the Texan fajitas they werent even sizzling when they brought it out thats how I know it was microwave Im a cook elsewhere, cheese wasnt melted in my kids quesadilla, and the WORST PART TODAY I ORDERED DESSERT TO BE EXACT IT WAS THE "CHURROS" WITH ICE CREAM IN THE MIDDLE AND CHERRY ON TOP, THE CHURROS WERE FROZEN LIKE THEY JUST PULLED THEM OUT THE FREEZER OF COURSE I COMPLAINED TO MY WAITRESS SHE EVEN SAID YEP THEY WERE FROZEN, THE WAITRESS WAS ON HER A GAME ALL THE TIME SHE WILL BE GETTING A TIP BUT AFTER I WRITE THIS THROWING UP IN THE BATHROOM IM to have a word with the manager it is 5:10pm Sunday 12/4/16 Erik Flores

Our waitress seemed to barely understand english. When we ordered, we asked for specific things, and after we finished she would ask what we wanted again. Didnt understand us at all. She kept forgetting things during the entire meal, my sons drink for a good 15+ minutes after we had gotten ours (and being reminded, again). It wasnt so busy to account for the type of service we had. The food was some of the worst Ive had. My fajita taco salad was soupy, like the cheese was watered down or something. Half the meat had disgustingly hard gristle in it and couldnt be chewed, and they didnt keep out the tomatoes like I asked. Also, is it just me, or do mexican reatuarants seem to be getting more and more greedy with their proportions in regards to the queso? A tiny little serving of it, not worth the price! Especially for the quality (or lack the of). Will not be back.

First of all, our waitress couldnt understand our order. We had to smell a strong bleach smell while eating due to them mopping the floor...and they left no wet floor sign out. I asked the waitress twice if the childs meal came with a drink and I was told they had milk, so I ordered it. When I got the bill I was charged over $2 for milk. When I asked about it at the register I was met with a bad attitude and the guy argued with me. Then he called another guy over and proceeded to talk to him in Spanish so I wouldnt know what was said. Very unprofessional. Terrible experience. Will not be back!!!

My husband and I usually enjoy El Paso as a date night treat and have been going to this restaurant for many years. Tonight we ordered our food to go as we have before many times, but we were unfortunately disappointed. The white queso that many love and look forward to when going out to eat at a Mexican restaurant was the consistency of water and my husband had a bone in his chicken. This was our second chance meal with them after dining in and getting rancid avocado salsa at the salsa bar, so I am not sure we will be dining here again.

I have eaten at a LOT of Mexican restaurants all over the country. El Paso has become the one by which all others are measured. Where many Mexican restaurants have a menu of items that all have the same flavor with slightly different configurations, El Paso has an extensive menu full of varying flavor profiles. Many dishes Ive never seen anywhere else. I have probably tried over half the items in the menu and only once food I get something I didnt like. If you are ever in the area, do not miss the chance to eat at El Paso.

I go here all the time. Let me say I eat out a lot and my favorite thing to try in Mexican places usually the small places no one goes to. This is a bigger restaurant than I usually would stop at but the food is so good and so fast its worth a mention. If you havent stopped in at their new location you should check it out. Probably in the top 3 best Mexican places in the area.

My wife and I thought the food was okay. I wouldnt particularly call it particularly bland but was more "safe"; not Bold, not Rich not, not Zesta...not Memorable. Her Enchiladas and my Grilled Shrimp with veg were perfectly ... satisfactory. We were kinda expection a bit more pizzaz tonight when we decided on mexican.

El Paso is one of the best mexican restaurants in this area! Great prices and many authentic options- our current favorites are the tamales tipicos(paired with fabulous pork carnitas)and the molcajete (which if you have never had you MUST try). Thankful for a restaurant that offers more authentic food.

Great Mexican food. The Carnitas and the Pollo Diablo are great and we recommend them highly. Corn tortillas look and taste house made. Staff was really friendly, our waiter Juan was a really great guy. If you are looking for a new Mexican food place be sure to give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

Been coming here for years and years. This is the best Mexican resturant around Hendersonville. Miss their old place but this one is nice too. Chicken Soup is the best along with chicken and spinach cream burritos

Generous portions, and soooo good! Friendly service, substitutions on lunch menu, and did I mention good?? The only thing my picky husband could find wrong with his meal is that he was not offered a straw!

I thought the service was great! The food was pretty bad. I ordered a taco salad that was drowning in bean and sourcream soup. I wont be going back. My mom loves the shrimp coctail! ... but I didnt.
