The service is continually awful at this place. What is the point of online ordering with times you want delivery if you continually never meet those times? Also, how do you have a deliveryman call you up having an attitude about where you live? The guy who answers the phone is NOT helpful at all and also has an attitude. The pizza and food is not even that good. I would tell people to find an alternative place to order their food!

The Ridgefield location is very friendly, but the White Plains location has terrible customer service. I was asking questions about the pizza slices when it was my turn to order and the employee got impatient and yelled "Next," before I could order. I walked out with the four other people in my party and went to Smashburger down the street.

Planet Pizza is a joke. My client was hungry and told me to order her food from there. WORST Costumer device over the phone her order was 16$ and change she gave me 17$. Delivery guy came and was like wheres my tip.??I told him its right in his ass... Im not finessing my client to tip you being that was the only money she had

The pizza here is so over priced its ridiculous. You can buy a pie at a nice Pizzeria for practically the same cost of 2 pepperoni slices. Its unbelievable. The customer service is ok. The pizza is to. I would only recommend this place if you couldnt find another place to get pizza from.

Horrible delivery service, got my pizza at 11:30 PM and I ordered at 10, and the pizza was cold at that. I was starting to believe that I wasnt going to get my pizza. I will never order from them again.
