It has been over six months since we have went to Red Robin off Exit 15 in Saratoga NY. Restaurant is not that old and has terrible service. Food is always good, but the service is awful. Well tonight, grandson wanted to go there and like I said its been awhile so we went. Stood in line with two parties ahead of us with no hostess in site for 12 minutes. My daughter didnt want me to go look for anyone because she doesnt want to cause trouble... mind you, at least three severest looked at all 15 people standing in door waiting for the missing hostess. Nothing!! We finally get sat, no apology at all for why he wasnt there. We wait for about 8 minutes and finally a server comes and apologies for her wait, keep in mind she looked at us at least four times passing by with no contact. Half the drinks come out and had to wait on others, bar had to make those and really wasnt that busy so dont know why that took so long. Food was a tad slow but amazing. Refills again half then and half later?? All that was said was bar is making. Waitress was fine besides not acknowledging us the first time she made eye contact... so again, food great and at least three people not caring who stayed or left. I could have overlooked some if they were slammed, but they werent. I chalk this up to poor management and a year ago it supposedly changed because of bad service. Red Robin is a good family, good food, good priced place to go eat, why is the company not doing something to fix a ongoing problem? P.S. floor was very dirty by door and hostess stand as well. In need of manager repair.

We prefer Red Robin over there other chains because our location in NC has stellar service with quality food. We know everything is consistently good. This location was lacking in many ways, which is sad since its so new. We waited a little too long to have a hostess arrive and seat us, only to wait much too long for our server to come take our drink order. We asked them for a round table (kids fighting over not being on the end, ugh--not reflected in review, as it was nothing to do with Red Robin). The table was so wobbly but it was the post not the legs...A napkin wouldnt fix it. The table to sun like we were on the teacups trying to spin faster. We had to switch tables and they didnt help. We (my friend and I plus our for young children) had to move all of the drinks, appetizers, place mats, crayons, etc. ourselves. Food, apps, & drinks took way too long. We should not have been there for two hours on a weekday at lunch at a very uncrowded restaurant. The bathroom floors are so sticky youll have sticky shoes when you leave. The stall is off center so the trash box mounted on the wall basically touches your hip... Gross. The one standard sink supplies a mere trickle of water... Is anyone even washing their hands?? Definitely wont go back when we visit NY again.

Im always up for a veggie burger and fries at Red Robin. I was excited when this location opened - My friends and I usually drive down to Clifton Park for our RR fix. Unfortunately, I was severely disappointed with my meal and service on my first visit. My sister-in-law waited 45 minutes for a beer, and only received it after I mentioned it to the waitress. Every single dish at our table was messed up in one way or another. Our waitress had a very poor attitude, seemed as though shed rather be anywhere else, and was not at all apologetic about our dishes being messed up. Honestly, I think I might stick with the Clifton Park location in the future.

The experience i had was completely horrible and i will not ever come back for one reason the service sucked the guy had no idea what he was doing we waited 45 mins and still no food and WE HAD NO SILVERWARE and when we did get the food the fries we cold the burger was terrible and the burger i got i asked for no sauce on the burger and there was the sauce on the burger and i was very mad so i called the manager over and he NEVER CAME so i paid the bill and got up and left and if somebody that works there sees this i want you to respond to this fast because i am very unsatisfied NEVER GOING BACK!

$6.99 Burgers and bottomless fries is a better deal than McDonalds or Burger King. I always drink water with lemon (no charge), not because Im cheap, but because I really dont like soda. I give 4 stars though, because the last time I was there, the "hostess" was very rude. She seemed very inconvenienced because we did not want to sit at the bar. She did not want to be bothered wiping a table or finding someone else to do it. There were plenty of other tables that didnt need to be cleaned. I really dont know what her problem was. Since then, I havent felt very comfortable going there.

The food was horrible.. both of our orders were awful.. Burgers were very undercooked. Our server was horrible.. Saw him on his phone numerous times, and very rude and snappy, did not have any customer service skills whatsoever. "Mensah" , and my daughter so kindly informed me that he is a convicted FELON on Parole for selling DRUGS.. Disgusting. Completely ruined our meal and experience. I will never eat here again and DO NOT at ALL recommend this Red Robin... Exremely disappointing.. I will also make sure to let all of my friends and family know about this.. Very Sad..

I have celiacs disease and it is normally a challenge to find a restaurant with a large selection that is easy to navigate. Red Robin has made it really simple with an interactive menu I accessed through a tablet that was provided to me as soon as I let the server know I hade celiacs. Because they have a dedicated fryer for there fries I was able to enjoy the bottomless fries and a great burger on a glutten free bun. I will be back and recomend this place to anyone with a food allergy or disease that requires careful adherence to a specific diet.

Went in at 9 oclock on a Thursday night - not that busy and had the waiter named Charles. He was ok. But the food was horrible. The French fries were DRENCHED in grease. And I get it, it was an hour before they closed, but that shouldnt matter. The cheese melt I ordered was caked in butter and while I asked for lettuce and tomato on it, I got only tomato. The burger my husband got was the Mac and cheese buzz burger - which we were over charged for - and it tasted old. Used to be my favorite place to eat, not going anymore. I was sick all night.

Went here for the first time, heard a lot of negative comments about the service before me and my boyfriend went but we still wanted to give it a chance! So we went last night, our waitress was very friendly, but the food was horrible. We order a appetizer (just fries with cheese and bacon) and they came out about 10 minutes later and said they burnt it accidentally and it will come out with the rest of our food. My boyfriends burger tasted like pure charcoal and was burnt. Just highly disappointed.
