Just had worst experience at a Tim Hortons ever. The Manager Kelsey was sleeping in her car at 430am Aug 28th 2016 when several customers arrived, and they started walking in. She then woke up, rushed in, kicked them out, went inside, locked the door, and went back to sleep for 30 more min. Refused to answer drive through, and then at 5am we had to wake her up by banging on the window so she would unlock the door and take an order. Drive thru was completely ignored. Didnt give me a receipt, appeared to be bothered that she had to take an order. Oh, and she didnt even make coffee before going to sleep in her car, so after 8 customers waited for 30 min for her to be willing to take an order, we had to wait for coffee to be made as well. There were 2 people at the door waiting 6 more waiting in cars, and one guy that was circling the drive thru for 15 min before just giving up and leaving. Avoid this place at all costs!!

Didnt eat the food. Id just like it to be known that one of the employees that helped me out tonight made a huge impact. I ran into Tim Hortons to escape a really bad situation that I was visibly upset about. I ordered a large diet coke to drink while I was waiting for someone to come and get me, and an employee said the drink was on him. I dont normally go to Tim Hortons but i think Ill start making it a regular thing since this kind of generosity is few and far between. I only wish I got his name so he could get the recognition he deserves.

This Tim Hortons is not one you want to visit. I had hot coffee dumped in my car due to the top not being placed on the cup right. It tied up 1.5 hour at the carwash to have the inside cleaned. When I let the nice people at Tim Hortons know this, they never got back to me. I wanted my six dollars back because I never got to have my coffee or food that I ordered. The people at the window knew the coffee spilled. I would HIGHLY recommend DD for your coffee needs. Tim Hortons is not really interested in customer service.

Worst Tim hortons Ive ever been to. Every time I went inside the cashier was 100% clueless. Last time though the person who helped her was still screwing it up but atleast managed to get me a total. Then the manager came over and said "Hey you did it wrong, you over charged him." Ive worked in fast food so I know what its like and these people suck!

The food is very good and the employees are really friendly. I went the other night and the one employee, Jeff, was very friendly and helpful. I made sure to get his name to let everyone know. He seems like a very kind person and Im sure the others are the same from what Ive seen here. Im glad they employ people like this, Ill definitely be back.

Worst Hortons Ive been in NY!! Employees need to find a job they like. After EVERY purchase I made I say thank you....they dont even look your way. They gotta remember...we all have choices on where we shop. Would LOVE to see this one fold up and blow away...with the un-happy employees in it!!!

This locations drive through can get busy but not horrible. There is usually no line inside durring rush hour. The staff is pretty helpful and there are usually more than enough staff to keep wait times low. I prefer this location over the others on my way into work because of the staff.

I Love Tim Horton cafe and coffee shops. I like the coffee and the employees are very nice and will get anything you need and more. I also Love the new look they just had done it looks great makes the dinning room look more cozy. It was needed an update its been first one in this area.

NEVER keeps posted hours. If after 10 pm its a crap shoot if the place is open Doors locked and no one answers drive thru. This has happened several times. Done with them..over to Dunkin Donuts for me! Endless lame excuses about someone didnt show up ect.

Unprofessional and disgusting the way they treat deaf people. I hope they close this location down and actually all locations. There are so many better places out there for coffee, donuts, soups, sandwiches, etc. where they dont treat customers like sh**

Delicious and affordable! Everything from 25¢ donut holes to delicious breakfast meals. And their breakfast sandwiches are 2 for $4 but WAY better that fast food. Definitely the most convenient place to have next door to your hotel.

They arent customer oriented. Crew is inexperienced and bit rude. Place seems unkept, they dont have a baker so the donuts dont have the best appearance and are often not the ones youd find in other Tim Hortons. Manager is very nice

Tim Hortons is fine the only thing I like their is their chicken noodle soup, Honey Dip donut, Steak Fajhtei, and Capucinue. My son love their Chocolate donut. Drive for Grub Hub so need a to eat on the road

A nice little Tim Hortons; its a convenient stop for my drive. I havent been inside this location but Ive used the drive-thru a number of times and my order is always correct and the people always friendly.

This is a hit-or-miss location. Overnight crew is terrible in terms of service and coffee quality. The Mon-Fri morning crew used to be amazing (2016) but has fallen in quality (2017).

Good coffee n ice cream! Staff working over there are friendly and wont bother you after your order! You can seat quitly n do your working on a sip of coffee ☕. Free WiFi is ok.
