Service is always excellent. I prefer Amanda(Mandy), Larry and Harry as servers. They know how exactly you like your food prepared Helen and Pete along with Gus run a top notch establishment The diner is spotless The portions are enormous, usually enough for two meals. You will be taking home food, for later, with you They offer a ten percent discount to seniors, cinema arts members and veterans if you ask The key here is you have to identify yourself as belonging in one of the above categorizes. Tell them! You cant miss at The Premier

Family operated ,the owner ,his wife or 1 of the two sons are always there. And they watch everything , make sure everything is clean, your beverage is full, . My wife and I go there at least once a week, after a movie, breakfast, dinner, even for coffee and desert have been the hundreds of times over the years and Have never been served a bad meal. (Best turkey burger around) And the portions are huge usually end up bring half home to take to work. And there staff is great very accommodating . Go there you will be pleases

For all the chrome and bombast, it is very standard diner fare... Which isnt a bad thing, honestly, because the food isnt terrible. Its just not "Premier." Unlike most diners they DO have a full bar so mimosas and bloodies with breakfast are definitely a thing, along with wine and otherwise with your dinner (or perhaps vice versa. I wont judge). The staples are indeed reliable and the service is generally just as reliable. They do have decent coffee, which is always a plus.

Food great, service not so good. Went for dinner. Waiter barely spoke English. Food was good. No followup from waiter, wanted another glass of wine, ordered it, no one showed up after 10 minutes.. Paid my bill and left, no tip, no one seemed concerned, even after I told them at the till. I also thought that for a diner, the entrees were very costly, 25-30$ range. May be good for breakfast and lunch, but a disappointment for dinner.

I have been going to premier dinner since they opened. I have only had the breakfasts, and they are great! I always go with my wife and three small kids... the staff have always accomodated us and helped with anything they could. The french toast might be the best in NY! I doubt they would fall into the cheap meal category... however the quality and portions are reasonable for what you get.

Prices seemed expensive, until our meals were served. Portions are More than generous! Goat cheese salad was enough to bring home leftovers. We added chicken and one order was More than enough for 2 of us to share. Waitress was extremely helpful, courteous & knowledgeable about menu items. Refills were brought before we even had to ask. Definitely would recommend this diner!

Three out of four meals were unsatisfactory, the waiter needed to be reminded about drinks and sides. Misleading menu, or an inaccurate description by the waiter, regarding "our corned beef hash" which is apparently not homemade and a pancake style pastrami omelet which apparently had nothing to do with pancakes. Overall disappointing experience.

Went there as a change of pace from the Candlelight diner in Commack. It was OK. Went on a Sunday around breakfast time and was able to get seated pretty quickly. Waiters were attentive and courteous. The food was just ok, nobody was blown away by their meal. It was edible. Candlelight Diner is much better in terms of the food.

The food at this diner is excellent, from the typical "diner food" to more upscale items. Portion size is big as well. Prepare for a wait as it is almost always crowded. I subtracted one star because the prices are sky-high. There are many items that are above $30, which in a diner is absurd.

Very close to I 495 and the Hampton Inn is right behind it. A normal great diner. Very good service and large portions. Must be very hungry to order an entree or take home. Again great desserts.

This dinner opens the earliest in the area (6am) Best homefries Ive had. Compared to the other two dinners in the area, Premier is my choice to go to for any meal during the day.
