No tiene buen servicio sta sucio el lugar, las meseras q tiene no tiene ni idea de como dar un buen servico y tarda de maciado la comida en llegar atu mesa,y la comida para llevar peor solo por comprar 5 tacos llevava sperando 50min..mejor me sali y me fui a otro restaurant. bueno ojala y el dueño si es q el si sabe mejore xq si no nocreo q dure su negocio ..

Disliked this place for the poor service youll recieve. Ive been here many times, mostly for take-out orders and they always seem to screw something up. My first time, my family and I ate inside and we werent too pleased. The wait staff are completly incompetent to do their job and arent even welcoming at all. The food is ok at best, Im Mexican-American so I know whats up to par and what isnt. Ill rate the Food 3 stars out of 5 and the service 1 out of 5. Overall 2 out of 5. Ricos Tacos need experienced wait staff and being friendly and welcoming would do this place alot of good. In all I would suggest Matamoros Tacos which is the same area if you want to take date, family or just want Mexican Food with Excellent Service. Trust me you wont regret the switch.

La comida es rica pero solo cuando uno va directamente al restaurante. Pedí 2 órdenes de quesadillas y llegaron a tiempo y todo solo que tomaron mal la orden y me mandaron las incorrectas que me tuve que comer por qué ya moría del hambre y con mi embarazo pues no creí aguantar otra media hora. Las muchachas tienen que tomar las órdenes con más paciencia para evitar equivocaciones.

Pesima la comida ,,y carisima la Quesadillas de chicharron sin savor,toda rota y dura las hacen un dia antes y luego ya solo las calientan, ,,un caldo de oya segun el especial del dia pura grasa nada de verdura la carne desasiendose aparte sin sabor y cuesta 12 dolares ,,jamas bolvere a ordenar a este lugar NEFASTO

Ricos has great tacos if youre in the area. Theyve got lots of seating if you feel like eating in. I ordered their lenguas (beef tongue) tostadas and tried a bit of the enchilada tostada and both were very flavorful. The ingredients were very fresh and came with complimentary salsa. I washed down my meal with the large horchata, a sweet traditional drink. I was really surprised when they give you a huge cup of it (if I had to guess, it was about 32oz.). The only con was that it took a little while for the food to come out (for the amount of food we ordered).It was a great experience otherwise!

La comida es buena pero la espera es muy ridicula.. Aun con el restaurante casi vacio tienes que esperar ratos ridiculamente largos... Ya sea por telefono o en persona, la espera es ridicula. No vengo mas..

Es un lugur muy desagrable sucio donde hay ratones y señores tomando que dan muy mal aspecto y mas cuando vas en familia no lo recomiendo deverian de inspeccionar mas y cerrarlo.

The food is good. But I am a little skeptical about the place since Ive seen inspection close there restaurant. In the kitchen ( which is visible) it looks really dirty. The walls are yellow from all the cochambre. The owner has money and should redecorate it. The place is run down. The bathroom is so small and the door doesnt have a lock that works appropriatly.

Hard to find authentic Mexican in this day and age, but here she blows... cozy seating, Mexican and south american families cackling in Spanish. Long waits are worth the legit grubs. Enjoy this!! Especially nice in the summer when you can sit outside and enjoy the evening Brooklyn air while the local kids play in the street.

The food is alright, but the wait is ridiculous. They are also a nuisance to the neighborhood. They play extremely loud music outside their restaurant that can be heard from blocks away. When asked to turn it down, they hung up on me. I would never eat here again because of the rude inconsiderate people that work there.

I agree it took a really long time to get my order. The waitress was acting really mean. I would not come back or recommend it to any one. The meat on my tacos did not taste like it should. Dont go it is a waste of time and money. I would rather go to Tacos el Bronco. Tacos el Bronco has the real good service and food.

Ricos tacos is by far the best mexican restaurant in NYC! The restaurant is nothing fancy is very simple and cozy but the food is exquisite! The food is authentic Mexican cuisine, everything is made with real fresh ingredients, I have tried a lot of other Mexican restaurant and keep coming back here!

Ricos tacos made me wait a complete hour to get my food, they got the order wrong, and it was incomplete. The tacos for streak were really bad it wasnt cooked well and hard. I dont recommend the tacos at all. The waitress only kept saying "one moment", really bad experience.

I loved the tacos here. I got one steak and one chicken to try. They were amazing! I ate outside on their benches as it was a little stuffy inside (this was during the peak summer months). The food did take a little while to come out, but it was worth the wait!

Cash only is a dub. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. Sometimes it is challenging when you have to call mult times to place an order , but when the food arrives you say to yourself...it was worth the hassle. Evil Lynn

They never answer the phone or its always busy if you get to order you better wait at least 2 hours for your food and if you eat in gets better is only 1 hour wait this happen several times better call matamoros they are faster

I love the food here is very authentic & delicious. It doesnt look like much inside but their food is great & the people are nice. Ive been eating food from here for years. And the greatest thing is THEYRE OPEN 24 HOURS!

Food was okay. However, we waited over an hour for our food and the waitress never came around to ask if we needed anything. Perhaps they were still killing the chicken in the back.
