I never review but Im sorry....i came with some friends one handicap friend whom we had gotten. Table and chair set up by a manger and that same so called manager allowed an employee to take the chair and table for someone elses use! Are you serious we spoke you set us there and now your allowing us to be kicked off not anyone else whom is perfectly capable of standing but no just us. Then you have the audacity to say I got u next time. No if your a manager and your employee ismtnt step up and day no I personally placed them theree they cannot be moved. I work in customer service and yes complaints happen but guess what I will never complaonnigi can understand a business aspect. You on the other hand are inconsiderate an rude. We will not be coming back and we are absolutely dissatisfied that you would allow such nonsense. We were never consulted to share and if we were we wou of be kind enough to share the other half of the table bit we were not asked we were told they needed to take the table from us then decided to bring the people to the table and thats when we left. Rude employees should be handled and having a sit down regarding customer service is what is needed. Maybe even a talk to yourself as a manager of how to step up. Nothing was asked we were told. No asking involved. Its how things are done its what is wtrong with it....learn hjow to handle situations better

This place has sooooo much potential. Used to be congas one of my favorite spots. The current dj needs help with his transitions. He is all over the place. a few months ago a different dj called dj od spun and he was awesome. Please bring him back. The bartenders always have a bored/stuck up look on their faces. The girls at least . One thing that was so great about Congas was the personability of the bartenders. These girls need a lesson in customer service, half the time theyre texting. Overall cute place, nice decor but needs some time to grow up i guess.

Awesome bar with lively music(latin, rnb, trap)and food served on wooden placks. Some parts have exposed brick that creates a near New Orleans feel. Second floor gives extra space to dance and chill.The drinks will get you going and are served by friendly bartenders. Look out for the deals that come on during big games.

Had an amazing time this past Saturday upstairs loved the music and the quick attentive service delicious cocoloso thumbs up to the bartenders decor needs a little more work on but I guess it being a new place they may be working on it also was a bit hot up there not sure if they had the ac on or not
