I had been going here for many, many years. Over 20, in fact. The food used to be very good. It is going downhill substantially. I have ordered General Tsos chicken from them numerous times and, the last 4 times I ordered from them, it was burned. Finally, I said something to the front counter lady/manager and she got a very nasty attitude with me. I never appreciated the attitude displayed towards other customers, but she was always nice to me because I was a regular. After I complained, she started getting nasty with me each time. I dont go to a restaurant to be treated with a bad attitude. The food isnt even worth it. There are other better places nearby including Taste of China in Tarrytown. I will never come back here. Also disheartening, was the fact that I have watched the person behind the register take cash, make change, and then put egg rolls in a bag without washing her hands. Never again!

I went to another Chinese restaurant in the area that was slightly cheaper, but they were very inflexible about substitutions to the point where I couldnt find anything to eat, and went to China Pavilion instead - which turned out to be a great idea. They were extremely accommodating of my dietary particularities and eager to make sure I got what I wanted. The food is your typical Chinese take-out fare, and at a good value. This is the kind of place where the unexpectedly great service make up for anything else lacking (eg. atmosphere). Take out is ridiculously fast - I literally place my order, put my shoes on, and go out the door and its ready 5 minutes later when I get there. I rarely eat out, but when I do, this is probably where I do it the most.

Frequently visiting this place is the neighborhood residents. It has good fresh food,The space is large so there is not so much waiting time. They have a nice decor and a spinning circle on the large Tables that can accommodate 8-10 people. Good for holidays, birthday parties and families. Priced okay for a place out of ChinaTown. They will fix the food to your likings-low salt, and change the recipes for you. Try the beef and broccoli or sweet and pungent chicken.

Steamed Dumplings here are the best on earth. I dont know what the secret spice is, but the tastiest by far. Been going here for years (when Im in the area) for take-out and the food is great. Also good snack item are their almond cookies. The staff has always been very nice. Priced right. And another tidbit is this is one of the few Chinese Restaurants that has restrooms for the customers. This is good for tradesmen looking to wash up and then have a good lunch.

This place is amazing. Have been going here for a couple of years!!! All their food is fresh and will cook it the way you like it. Being Indian I like spicy food so I asked them to make it spicy and it was amazing!! Things that I usually order.. Boneless Spareribs Sesame Chicken Chicken and Broccoli Spicy House Special Fried Rice Singapore Mei Fun

By far, the best take out Chinese food around the area; trumps even Golden Wok down the road, which is a sit down restaurant. I definitely recommend.
