Dont waste your money here. This used to be an excellent restuarant offering tasty fair and fast friendly service. This establishment is now a shadow of its former self. After a two year gap in visits my significant other decided to visit again as we have always loved this restaurant. We left broken hearted and disillusioned. Upon walking in and seating ourselves my dining partner and I waited for almost 10 minutes to be acknowledged by the waitstaff. This should have been a red flag, but we were hungry. Once our order was taken by a relatively surley waitress we waited. And waited. And then waited some more. Our food took close to 30 minutes to be delivered. During this time we finished our drinks and were never checked on by the server or offered a refill. While we waited for our food we watched as people who had arrived and ordered after us recieved there food before we did. Once our food arrived we were sorely disappointed. The sandwiches were tiny and dry. My ruben was more like a sauerkraut sandwich and my dining partners club sandwich contained mainly lettuce and tomato. The fries were soggy and cold. The food in general was flavorless and cheap. I could have recreated this meal for a quarter of the cost. I will not be going back.

If you MUST eat there, get your food to go. Service is ehhh at best and management is TERRIBLE and unprofessional. I dont recommend a dine in experience nor do I recommend talking to anyone if you find yourself there and dont expect them to talk to you. The only time I dined in, I asked a question about the decor when paying my cheque and got a snide "How would I know?" in response (and that was from the manager!). The staff is not treated well by management, so I gave them some slack in trying to function in such a hostile, toxic work environment. The owners need to hire a more professional manager or they risk losing customers. Ill personally never eat there again. My rating: Food (5 stars); Staff (3 stars - would be better with new management) and Management (0 stars). Dont get me wrong, the food is great! BUT NOT worth what you have to put up with (or see the staff put up with) to get it. SO again, if you must eat there, call in your order, bring exact change, dont talk to anyone, take your food and run!

DO NOT EAT HERE! I am mentally disturbed after my experience I just had at Boba cafe. I ordered the hot turkey swiss and avocado sandwich; If a sandwich is advertised as having swiss cheese on it then it should have it, not the pasteurized processed cheese food product (ghetto Kraft singles) that was on my sandwich. I am deeply traumatized that this restaurant is trying to pass itself off as a gourmet lunch joint when in reality I could have gone to Walmart, bought the shittest, cheapest cold cuts in the store and slapped them together to make a better sandwich for 4 dollars cheaper. I feel betrayed that this place would even act like it had fresh gourmet food to offer me, when it is clear to everyone they are cutting corners and being CHEAP. Also the tortilla soup had a total 3 black beans in the entire cup of soup! THREE BEANS! WTF! GROSS FOOD!!

I just picked up a to go order that I called in advance for, and they told me twenty minutes. I got there in twenty (exactly) and proceeded to wait for an additional thirty. All the while, I saw my to go box sitting there, ready to pick up. Except three times they told me my order was not ready. If I hadnt paid in advance I would have walked out. fifty minutes for one sandwhich is absolutely unacceptable especially when people need to get back to work. Thank you, Boba Cafe, for making me twenty minutes late to work because you didnt bother to find out if the order was ready or not.

We stopped here on the way through specifically for bubble drinks. The place is called boba and their shirts boast that they got balls, but for a place that markets themselves on it, they really suck at it. Their offerings are slim, they dont even have boba staples like honeydew or avocado. The worst part is the boba is cooked wrong it was and chewy and sticks together horribly making getting to it a difficult task, its really hard and chewy. I mean, the place treats it like a gimmick. We didnt try the food, but if youre after boba, youd be best served looking elsewhere.

There are some seriously negative reviews on here obviously but they are all very old it seems. All I can say is you owe it to yourself to try it out. I have eaten here for years and I have never had a bad meal. Have I waited for my meal during the lunch or dinner rush? Absolutely, but its called the rush for a reason and the food you get is well worth the wait. Green chile wonton soup, spinach salad, thai chicken wrap, and fish tacos are superb and I recommend them all. They have some great beers as well and if you like it, their namesake tea drink too.

Went there today, Their smoothies tasted totally artificial and made me sick afterwards. Anyway I ordered the roast turkey combo with chicken soup, sandwich practically fell apart as I ate it. I asked for no mayo and no tomatoes and I guess that was cue for them to leave off the tomato and onions too. I ate their soup and found a giant black hair in it. Totally gross. I give it a three star because the service and atmosphere were good. I also found a picture of Inuyasha which is a plus.

I heard a lot of positive statements with this restaurant. I decided to take my mom to try it out and I was disappointed. I ordered a philly sand which and it was not good, the meat was dry and overall it was not good. The boba teas were not so great either I asked the waitress to switch it for me around 3 times because they were all distasteful. Ultimately, i decided to just drink water instead.

Went for dinner tonight, Friday night, and the door said they closed at 8:30 .it was 8:01 when we went inside to sit down and the lady informed us they were closed and not serving anymore. My wife and I eat there at least once or twice a month and we always go around 8. Well tonight we will be finding somewhere new to eat.

How to ruin a simple steak and cheese: 1. Dont cook the onions or peppers. 2. Use plastic cheese. 3. Use a meat so dry and processed that it can only be recognized by color...not taste or smell. Steak-Umms would have been an improvement. Oh, and fyi, shrimp fried rice tends to have more than FOUR shrimp in it.

Over priced...also how can they call themselves a boba cafe when they dont even offer the classics? No advocado no taro none of the classics. The baristas had a dumb look on their face when I asked for an advocado boba shake. Its a white washed one off version of a boba cafe.

Had the fish tacos at lunch time. Wasnt too crazy, great assortment of seating. Great flavor, fresh food however, the tacos didnt have enough fish in them. It was mostly breading. Will return, and will change to 5 stars if I get more fish. : )
