Came in for the Mon. night dinner specials just after 7 P.M. Seated quickly; the place was not busy. The waitress took almost 10 minutes to take our drink orders then disappeared. We commented that our dinner might be only our bottle of wine! Other diners were seated at her tables after us; she took their orders before ours. We saw her a few times, running back & forth, finally got her attention & placed our order. She informed us that they were out of bread. We drank 1/2 bottle of wine & finished our salads when she came to our table to tell us that they were out of the special I ordered. We decided to leave. She brought our bill, said "sorry" & disappeared. First of all, why was the restaurant out of bread in the middle of the dinner hour? Secondly, the waitress was unattentive, seemed poorly trained. Finally, why did she wait until.we were there for almost 30 minutes to inform us that we could not get what we ordered? Perhaps those who came in later but were served first got the last of the special! We own rental property in Wildwood & are back & forth for the season; with so many local restaurants to choose from, we will not be returning to Anglesea although we had enjoyed the place many times through the years.

Went there for the ADVERTISED turkey dinner special on sundays. Waitress says oh we dont have that today,I dont know why but we dont. Even the ad on the table showing specials had it listed. Funny how several other patrons came in an ask for the special only to be told no. I ordered a cheese steak for $9.99 and was up charged $0.75 ea for onions and mushrooms. Not impressed with the place I guess the drunks dont know or care about being mislead or overcharged its no big deal to them.

Long wait on a Thursday night, terrible service not enough servers.Waitress ran around the place with her head cut off which puts money in her pocket but customers suffer.Long time to get food after order was taken, Couldn"t get drinks refilled, it took a long time to get the check even after she asked if we wanted something else.The food was OK not worth the time or aggravation.. There are alot of better places out there that have good food and service!

Great atmosphere, great food. Look forward to it every summer we return to Wildwood for vacation. Wings are out of this world. Went on a crusade to find the best wings between Cape May and North Wildwood last year, Angelsea Pub won, hands down! Was just there this past weekend and cant wait for vacation!

I was there for Irish weekend . Great bands , great service , great food . The crowd was massive . If only the place was twice as big , it would have been perfect . I would recommend this place highly , just dont go on the festival days unless you like crowds .

Great option for inexpensive. Good Irish and American fare. When we go to the beach were used to paying a ton for meals, so this is a much cheaper option, while being delicious. The daily specials, especially Tuesday wings, are great.

Wings are good whether you think it is worth the wait is beyond me. The wings itself are a deal, but the service is awful. Do not know if I will ever come back, attend their wing night and be the judge
