Normally, I really like the chain. They have karaoke Tuesdays in this location and I like singing. I arrived just after 9pm and its now 1215am. No one has approached me to asked if they could take my order or if I needed anything. I was at the table right by one of the kitchen entrances and was seen by several staff members. I dont understand why they would ignore a customer. UPDATE: Spoke to the manager and he said that since I was in the "karaoke section" none of the kilt girls offered to serve me because everyone just goes to the bar. He offered coupons toward a future meal, apologized for the oversight, and said they will work on better communication. Im willing to give this place one more chance. Update 16.11.08. I was greeted at the door and given my choice of seating. Less than a minute after getting to my table, I was approached by Brittnee and asked if I wanted to see a menu. Shortly after ordering, another kilt girl, Serena, told me that if I needed anything to let her know. I had the scotch eggs and boneless wings. The food came out quick and was very good. Numerous times during my visit, I was asked if everything was ok. My return experience has been a 180° to two weeks ago and Im glad I came back.

Had a great time here today for my husbands birthday. Samantha was our server and she was excellent, attentive, and just generally very sweet. The food was excellent! We got the sampler platter and Irish nachos. The fried pickles were some of the best we have had and the beef on the nachos was seasoned so perfectly! Our friend got the Hot Mess burger, which he exclaimed was delicious and worth the name. My husband got the F.A.B. burger and was amazed at how juicy and flavorful it was, never having a fried burger before. I had the Irish Dip and the beef literally feel apart, it was amazing. Not to mention they had some great music playing on the speakers!! To sum up, just an all-in-all great lunch. Thank you!

Tuesday during the day Jay bartends and has the most awesome personality. She is so sweet and very friendly and very attentive to your needs. Thursday Tom bartends and if you have a question or need to know something/anything about beer he has a PHD in beer knowledge. As far as the food goes it is very good. The IRISH Nachos are to die for. They use crispy potatoe chips in place of tortilla chips. Nice touch. Garlic fries with parm cheese. Delish. All other food is very good. Also the big Arse burger with jalapeño and cheese yum. Not to mention tons of variety of cold beer. And any questions Tom is your Kilt BEER answer man.

The food here isnt bad for your standard Pub food. The Drunken Clams are pretty delicious, and from what Ive heard from multiple people, the Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese is amazing and definitely worth the carbs and cholesterol. lol! Play darts, play a video game, have a tall glass of beer, chat with the bartendresses, have some delicious food, and beware of the flat screen TV that has a glitch(everyone this particular TV is green :P) It also helps to mention that the bar is clean, and the manager is a decent fellow from what Ive seen when Ive seen him in-house and out-and-about.

Have heard a fairly decent good thi,gs so I figured Id check it out. Walked in(at 830 on a Friday night) and I felt like I walked into a small local dive bar. There were only about a dozen people in the restaurant, not a fun place to want to hang out. People compare it to Hooters but save yourself the time continue to go to Hooters. The food was decent but not much to offer beyond that and the $1 dwi test as you leave the restaurant. Safety first.

Its a shame because the place looked awesome and has a lot of different beers on tap but the most disrespectful service I have ever gotten. I asked the bartender for crowne royal and she told me they were completely out of it. Then for the next hour I watched her pour shots of crown royal to the guys sitting right next to me. This bartender was playing favorites with customers. Apparently my money isnt green enough for them....

Went there at 5 pm on Saturday. Place was empty but thats ok. We seated on the bar. Bar tender was to busy to pay attention on us, however we got the drinks. We were trying to order food for 10 minutes because there were 3 girls inside the bar just talking each other. Finally we got the food but wait, we have no forks and bar tender left the bar... Nice place regular priced just bad service

If you have change coming back when paying your tab, you dont get it all. The wait staff just rounds to the higher dollar amount and keeps the coins ? ? ? Strange way of doing business. Just not right. Not to mention the refugees and illegals who do the cooking. They are definitely not from "kilt land". Drinks OVERPRICED & SHORT POUR DRAFTS.

The brunette bartender who worked the night of 10/8/15 was phenomenal. Did not catch her name but she made the night for me and my friends a lot better. While at a table we were waiting for our waitress for an extended period of time and it was not that busy. Overall I would say if you want to get the best experience, sit at the bar.

Food was average. Service not so friendly, but not really awful either. Not really a place Id go out of my way to go back to. Hooters has better food if you really are just looking for a themed bar/restaurant with skimpy outfitted girls. Id rather have good food or better deals personally.

I was here several times and have had a great time! One time I was there and there was a band playing so it was hard to have a conversation, but I guess its my fault for not realizing it was music night or something. Good selection of beers and games on big TVs

Food was descent and beer was cold. Order burger and say comes with 1 side. Get my bill and the 1 side was a $4 upcharge....my side was salt and pepper fries. As a chef I know seasoning is not $4 to put on fries. TOTAL rip off. No manager to be seen or found

Great place for looking up skirts and drinking. Food is very greasy and there are no light options. Expect to leave with a boner and a colon cleanse. Dont expect exceptional service, the women were not hired because they have waitressing skills. Duh

Double D burger and Sweet potato fries were really good. Had some drinks, No complaints on the food. Waitress was sweet but inattentive. We had to g to the bar multiple times for refills, missing certain things. Will try again on a fri night.

I have always loved it there. Great time, good food and atmosphere. The girls Farah, brittany, and samantha are trugly the best they have. The make coming there funny. They remeber you by name, your drink, and past conversations.
